We found ourselves in a time crunch when we decided to check this place out. It is located just across the way from my neighborhood and I had always wanted to see inside the store. My BF had ordered some new appliances for my kitchen during the holiday season while they were on sale and were going to arrive in a few weeks. That's when he decided that we should replace our old linoleum floor with some decorative tile while we had the chance. Unfortunately, Flooring liquidators just so happened to be out of a lot of their tile at the time we made our visit! I guess they were expecting new shipments soon, but we couldn't wait that long. While we were there though, we did get to browse the expansive warehouse size showroom. They have a huge variety of carpeting, wood flooring, back splash displays and counter tops to choose from. The prices were pretty reasonable and we found some stone counter tops that we have a strong interest in. I'm hoping that we can return and have our next kitchen project purchased from here!

    So much to choose from.

I walked in today to find some ideas for our new home. I can't tell you how freaking amazed I was at how friendly and helpful the two men at the counter were. I get intimidated easily (being a woman by myself trying design my dream home) and with my experience so far with subs and what not I have not been treated kindly. They made me feel so much at ease. Haven't picked my flooring yet but I will be purchasing from them on this experience alone. Thank you so much. (Wish I got their names)

That new carpet smell! Awwww yeah! (Platinum Choice Rhythm wLuxurious Walk pad & "Hollywood" style stair install)

Remember back in 2018, when FL Mike saved my marriage?... So sometimes you need great carpet quickly. Not Home Depot "in-stock" carpet that takes 3-4 weeks, "probably" quickly - but "PLEASE GIVE ME AN INSTALL DATE RIGHT FREAKIN NOW" quickly. Bought new house. Wife liked it so-so. Allergic to pets. Previous owners had pets. Pets seemed to / smelled to have had an average of 10 accidents per-square yard over however many years the existing carpet was there. Gross. But hey, we got a deal on the house. "Don't worry honey... I'll replace the carpet right away!" You'll quickly find that the "right away" 72 hour-to-7 day carpet at box stores is low quality / high price and can still not really be guaranteed to be installed within those time periods. "No. It's not for a rental." Anything I tried to get from the box stores that was decent feeling/looking would need to be ordered and it was literally impossible to get a commitment to when it could be installed. Wasted about 2 weeks with box stores, paying for and waiting for measurements, etc. In the mean time.... "Is the carpet ordered yet?" and "When is the install date?" and "Can't you just measure and tell them what you need?!" asks the Wife, every evening. Oh boy. Long story short... FL Mike (of the Sacramento Massie Court location) saved the day. Told him my problem. He showed me everything on the floor that was in stock at their warehouse nearby, I picked one (great price!) and it was professionally installed a couple days later. Very happy wife. You want to see a pic? Oh, okay

This flooring company by fair beat many competitors in pricing. Will was very helpful with recommendations. Never once did he try to pressure me into buying other products from there store.

Let me tell you these guys are awesome. There was a minor kink at the beginning but I am going to say that is because a vacation caused a small bump and the store manager Mike stepped in and took charge. I am extremely happy with my flooring and carpet. See the pictures of what I did. But the best part about the experience was the install crew. Josh and Wendy. I have to tell you, if you are buying flooring at any of the Sacramento locations you only want Josh and Wendy to do your install. Here's why. They showed up on time. Zero attitude. Did an incredible job with all the corners. The corners look great. They were a half a day longer but who cares. It wasn't there fault just a mix up in the amount of flooring delivered. Josh and Wendy thank you. You made my home a home. To the staff in the Sacramento store thank you. Anar, Gilbert and Mike you all were great to work with. Communication was great and you always were candid with me. Remember you want to ask for Josh and Wendy on your install.

Master bedroom with Whispering Wheat flooring.

These guys were great. Gil and William totally helped us out. Been very gracious letting me take loads every week so I could do my whole house 2800 square feet over the course of 6 weekends. Easy going. Great product at a phenomenal price. Went with Whispering Wheat vinyl and the planks were 9" w x 60" long with backing attached at just $2.99 per square ft. Easy to get to location right off the Mack exit on 99.

Also, requested cash for a portion of the payment and check for the rest. Hmm, very interesting. Next, we requested for a walk through to go over the job, and he denied it saying it was all on paper. When it came time for plywood, they wanted more money for the supply (when it was already part of the bid). Plywood came to install- surprise surprise , measurements were wrong (by their own guys). Probably could have been avoided if we had done a walk through right? The fabricator had come by to measure and said all if it was wrong. Ok, well it was all done by your guys. By this time, we had had enough. We were fed up with them. Tried to call the upper ups, we emailed, and no reply. Save yourself the hassle, headache and time- go somewhere else!

Rocky Point worked through my kitchen cabinet contractor. I purchased my quartz through another…read morecompany. RP came out to measure, which was great. Professional and on time. Once the quartz was ready to install, the counter was cut (measured?) on one side WAY too short. The rest of the counters were measured appropriately (1.5") That did not stop the install team from installing it. It wasn't till my contractor came by and noticed did they pull it out. They then used, I guess, a stone we had left over...like a whole slab (and didn't tell us...I guess they just keep it) to cut a new piece. They came back out weeks later to install. They were again finished when I noticed the counter was still a quarter of an inch too short!! The installer kept trying to ensure me "it was fine". I'm not sure what went wrong. The measuring...trying to squeeze out the measurements so they didn't have to buy me a new slab. Some of the cuts for around the window were sub par. Needless to say, I was upset. They tried to rectify the situation, but they would have had to rip out all the counters thus putting new cabinets in jeopardy of being dinged up and adding weeks to the already drawn out project. I decided to eat it and stick with the unevenly measured countertop. The fixed the pieces around the window and caulked them better. They gave me some money back for the trouble. I am still noticing that one side is not buffed properly. When the sun hits it, it looks all scratched up. They said they would "stop by" to fix it when they are in the area. I haven't hear anything from them in a few weeks. Anyways, buyer and contractors proceed with caution. The workmanship could have been better.
