Updated: two weeks after we got our new staircase floor boards one of them flew right off and we realized that boards looked like someone plastered a glue stick on them and slapped them right on. Proprietor Alon and Flooring Pro really came through for us. Water had gotten under our laminate floors and most of the flooring in the house had to be ripped up and replaced. Alon's a great guy and his crew were very professional. The price was fair and the new floors look terrific. Alon also acted as contractor to repair (replace vanities, etc.) in both the bathrooms, where there had also been water damage. Jose and crew were resourceful in dealing with problems that came up and got the whole job done in time for us to get out of town on a long planned trip. Edited Winter 2017 I've been thinking about editing this for a while, and am finally getting back to it. About 8 months after our install I tried contacting Flooring Pros because I had some issues with trim coming up and a few places where it looked like pieces had moved a bit. Just about every time I called I left a message (machine and also with a person) and never got a call back. 11 months after the install I had these same issues, though in more spots, and several spots were there were bubbles developing in the flooring material. My husband was getting a quote from Flooring Pros to have some work done at his office, and he asked that someone contact me about the issues at home, since I still couldn't get anyone to return my calls. I received a call, explained my issues, and was told "I'll have to have the boss call you to schedule someone to look at it" (I will add that this was towards the end of the $10k+ job that my husband had done at his office). I never heard from anyone after that one conversation, and after the work was done at his office neither did my husband. I'm not positive, but I think the bubbling could be an issue for the manufacturer's warranty, but I can't get anyone to even talk to me, so I guess we'll never know. I've had 2 family members ask for recommendations on floors during just this last month, and I told them I wouldn't recommend this company to them. It's really a shame. It started out so promising, but it seems that once they have the money they aren't interested in honoring the 1 year warranty. **End Edit** Our house had a hodge-podge of flooring. Laminate in the downstairs with vinyl in the hall. Upstairs was carpet with hardwood in 1 bedroom. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't nice either. Rather than taking off the trim they had just added 1/4 rounds at the corners and it drove me crazy. The carpet though, that was gross because of our dogs. Alon came in and we thought we could get the carpeted area done with our budget. But he had such great prices that we were able to get our whole house done. We were super psyched!! I have to add in that Alon is very knowledgeable and a great salesperson. Not pushy at all, very pleasant. Andres led the install team, and they were all extremely nice and very courteous. We tried to stay out of the way as much as possible, but they never made us feel like we were under-foot. We asked them to clean up the floor everyday because we had a new puppy (she was too young to board, so she had to stay home) and we didn't want her to step on any nails or sharp splinters. They did a great job of making sure our house was livable while they worked. The job was supposed to take 4 days, but the team finished in 3. Which was great! The floor is beautiful. It's clear that Alon brought us great materials. The install job was top-notch. The trim is gorgeous and the floor is amazing. They did a fairly good job of cleaning up when they were done. (but they're flooring guys, not cleaners) If I have any more flooring needs, I will definitely go back to Alon, Andres, and Flooring Pros. We are so happy with the end result! read more

I found out about this fantastic company through Angie's List and I took my chances with the promotion as A List is hit or miss. Eli was my salesman and consultant he was excellent! Over the phone I described the color and he brought exactly what I was looking for. They scheduled me for installation my installer was excellent neat and cleaned up behind himself. One of the things that impressed me most about Eli was that he pointed out my current floors had been installed over old linoleum. He was very upfront. There were no last minute price changes. I can't remember my installers but he was honest enough to tell me that because it was raining it may effect the time it would take for the floors to set and they might have to come another day to complete the job. We explained the basic idea of the look we wanted and she had perfect product to redo the rooms just to our liking. An installation was scheduled for 48 hours later. Recently, I purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" certificate for 50 square feet of tile flooring from Flooring Pro Inc. It was clear I would need more than 50 square feet for the kitchen from the beginning and, after further discussion with Flooring Pro's very able Sales Representative Ely, I decided it made sense to also do two small rooms adjoining the kitchen. Certainly, Flooring Pro was willing to do just the kitchen associated with the certificate I purchased but I decided on expanding the jwork and get it over with. Ely was both the Sales Representative and Project Manager for the work. Ely was very forthright, attentive to details and was always available day, night and weeks to address any questions or concerns that came up. At the conclusion of the work Ely wanted to ensure I was happy-and I was. We just had our floors done by Flooring Pro. The floors look really great! Jay made the process very easy. He came out and measured our floors and showed us samples. He gave us an estimate on the spot. I believe the cost was very reasonable compared to other companies, especially since they used the proper underlayment to minimize sound, since we live in a condominium and included new baseboards. Jay worked with our schedule since we were also painting our unit. The crew that did the work (lead by George) was great. They wore masks and also cleaned up after themselves. Flooring Pro was the first company i called for a quote on vinyl flooring. i wanted to remove the old carpet from living/dining area and den, and replace with high grade vinyl. I have multiple pets, and carpet is just not well suited to my household. Then, installation day arrived. Marco, the installer came on time, went right to work, and worked hard! He finished the job in 2 days, as promised, and it looks amazing!
