Decided on the flooring and a few months later decided to go ahead. Pricing was transparent, very detailed and fair. I got 3 estimates and they provided the most bang for the buck. Overall consultation went great. Finished product initially looked great. Although we were initially quoted a 1-2 week timeline to be finished, there was several issues with ordering that delayed our project by over a month. Which I'm forgiving of, but there was a serious lack of communication on the part of the Vineyard flooring. My husband had to contact them every single time to figure out when our product was showing up, or when the crew was showing up to finish the project. They also left our house/garage/backyard a complete mess covered in saw dust from the multiple places they were cutting the panels I assume. There was dust all thru out our house and on our belongings for months and there still is. And they did not clean it up, we did. My daughter had an allergic reaction to so much dust in our house after the fact. Which I know there is bound to be dust but why could it not be done all in one area? We basically emptied our whole house into the garage and moved out to get these floors done. They did not take care in our belongings whatsoever. Our floors have been 100% done for only a couple months now and we SPECIFICALLY asked for Waterproof/Scratch proof, Super durable floors because we have kids/large dogs. I have already found scratches In the floor from couch legs and a small chunk missing out of another panel in our living room. After waiting years to finally do this project, and only a couple months of enjoying it, and it's already scratched up when I specifically asked for scratch proof...super disappointed in the over outcome. **just wanted to add that we have only been without a rug in the affected areas for about a week while we wait for our new one to be delivered. We called and made an appt. for 6:30 in the evening. Scott & Bobby came out to our home in their mobile showroom. We showed them the one completed room,( it got flooded during Jan. 2017 storms).
