At first everything was going well, questions answered and made adjustments as needed. Due to being an outdoor wedding on top of a hill in Lake Matthews we booked 6 umbrellas for 10 tables. I was very excited since communication was well. While we were having our meal we noticed only 2 umbrellas were provided. Reached out to Leydy and she responded with a picture of the 4 umbrellas saying they were at a designated spot. However, that was NOT our venue house. She lied and tried to blame someone else. She personally went to the venue house to decorate but couldn't stay because the "delivery vendor" was taking "too long." She's the vendor, she should have stayed and made sure our BOOKED and PAID event was being taken care of. It is YOUR responsibility. A different vendor stepped in a gave us 2 that he had. It's sad instead of enjoying our wedding we were worried of where the umbrellas were. Our guests had to stand further out in a shade area instead of being with us. Many of our guests were sunburned and it's sad we prepared for this MONTHS in advanced counting on her to provide this and this was the outcome. If you choose to go through this vendor, I would make sure someone is on top of making sure everything is being provided before paying.

Since the wedding date was coming up very soon, we decided to start reaching out to other rental companies. We are so glad we came across Blueprint Studios. Not only did they have the furniture we wanted (modern white leather lounge furniture), they also provided excellent customer service. We spoke to Kelly, who guided us through the website and answered our questions about pricing and delivery. By the end of the day, she sent us a quote with the furniture we wanted within our budget. On the day of the wedding, all the furniture was delivered and removed on time. Our guests made good use of the large daybeds and benches, and the furniture looked beautiful in the venue. I first discovered Events n Chill (formerly Picnic n Chill) on a CNBC segment and thought it would be a great idea for some sort of special event. When it came time to thinking of a way to propose to my then-girlfriend, Events n Chill was still bouncing around in my head so I looked into more details about their Proposal package. Although the cost is pretty steep, Events n Chill were very quick to respond with options, as well as addressing any additional questions I had. Appointments are booked and paid for through their website, and additional follow-ups and requests are quickly addressed through email. In addition to the package itself, they offer a variety of additional add-ons for additional costs. But even without any addition items, the "basic" setup that comes with your selected package is still gorgeous and personalized to your request. On the day of, you'll receive a text with a drop-pin with the GPS location of your picnic setup. Since it was a proposal and I obviously wanted it to be a surprised, they did an amazing job getting all the details of my request down including having a photographer that popped out of nowhere (she was very well hidden) right as I got down on one knee to propose. Queuing up the music as we approached the carpet. As well as personalized signage displayed and ready to go. Oh, and she said YES! Jocelyn did a really great jobs with the pictures, and was professional and engaging throughout. She was great in suggesting different poses, selecting areas and angles with better lighting, and making us feel at ease while she snapped away. The only complaint we had about the entire process was how long it took to eventually get all of our photos. While Jocelyn was quick to send a selection of photos she took that day, we noted there were several key shots that were omitted from the album provided. Follow-up emails and texts asking if she could release a few more pictures sadly went completely unanswered for over 2 weeks before thankfully, she responded and shared the entire portfolio of pictures taken that day.
