Extremely disappointed with my order. The arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised or what I specifically ordered (photos attached). I even upgraded to the deluxe version with additional flowers and paid almost $100 total. One of the main reasons I chose this arrangement was for the taller, elegant design and vase height shown in the listing -- but what was delivered was much smaller and completely different in appearance. Communication was also very poor. I never received any confirmation call or text, no delivery timeframe updates, and no delivery confirmation once it arrived. What makes this even more frustrating is that I placed the order 6 days in advance, so this was not a last-minute request. I expected much better quality and service for the price. read more

Unfortunately had a very bad experience with this business. Ordered Valentine's Day flowers , which did not get delivered. Can't get a returned phone call, no one will answer. Wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and a chance to figure out what happened. A very horrible way to do business. Would not recommend spending money here. I couldn't get a response so I had to dispute the charge. Very disappointed in how they handled paying customers or I guess lack of attention in correcting the issue. read more

I called on 10.10.24 and a lady answered said she was driving would call me right back. I made sure she had my number. A friend sent me flowers via 1 800 Flowers and this florist was the one chosen by them for the delivery. I walked into my home and smelled this incredible scent of lilies and roses and eucalyptus mixed together...it literally reminded me of my visits to Paris' beautiful gardens and flower market. I absolutely love this company and will give them my flower business for work and personal orders from now on. I wanted a floral crown for my bridal shower and lagged on ordering in advance. My shower was the same weekend as Mother's Day, which is certainly one of the busiest days for florists. Mind you, this was 5 days before my event. I called about 5, and they all turned me down. I was about to give up, but called Floral Creations. A lady picked up, and she was very accommodating and assured me she can help despite the busy weekend. She asked what kind of flowers and greenery I wanted, and let her know. I came on Saturday morning, and saw all the amazing arrangements in person. One of the women in the back asked if the floral crown was exactly what i was looking for. I didn't catch her name, but thank you to her! It smelled great, and was beautiful! I truly felt like a bride for my Hawaiian-themed bridal shower. Was not happy at all with this service. I ordered flowers for my grandmothers birthday the day after thanksgiving. Being busy at work I didn't notice till about 5:30-6 that I had not received a text and or a call from grandma about the beautiful flowers she was supposed to received. Come to find out they were never delivered. Called the owner first thing on Saturday and to my surprise the order was never done at all. No excuses from the owner nothing, what she did promise was that I was going to get a credit back for 50% off (still waiting on that) and that I was going to be getting an even more beautiful flower arrangement than the $125 I paid for which would include orchids, and all these other expensive beautiful flowers. I showed up to grandmas, and to my surprise I see the same thing I paid for nothing more, nothing less and no credit to my credit card. This is the worst florist I have ever gone to, and what a way to make my grandmother feel like her grandson forgot about her on her bday. Thanks a lot floral creations. I was being pretty picky and Sandy calmly rose to the occasion. My husband and I had ordered a fruit basket with chocolates and coffee for our neighbor on the 23rd of Dec. and we liked it so much that we called her on Christmas Eve. and asked if she would make us one for my husbands boss and she said, "yes" without hesitation. It's hard to review this place -- I like to call local florists and I turn to yelp rather than google to find local florists -- when I called this place today, I thought I was talking to a florist store in Oxnard and I asked for a funeral delivery to Port Hueneme, the next town over. When the guy asked me how to spell Port Hueneme, I realized I was talking to some service somewhere and not to the store itself. I had the same encounter with the answering service but my experience was 100% positive! It's a contracted service so that there is always someone able to help you or take a message rather than having an answering machine pick up your call. I left a message stating what I needed and the florist called me right back to discuss my needs. He was very sweet and helpful and did a marvelous job with the surprise arrangement I wanted for my grandma. He even threw in extra balloons for free and helped me surprise my grandma for her birthday just the way I wanted! Hi, I made a order of flowers from port Hueneme Avas flowers for my mom bday & they promise the flowers will be deliver to my home in 1 hour david who's work for the company said the My flowers are already arrange and david partner is on the way to drop it off the flowers, the flowers are only $37.99 but they end up charging me $84.00 because I want The flowers to be deliver in one hr. They say it's wouldn't be a problem since their flower shop is just down the street from my house I live by Ventura Road. Sounds perfect!! Until I waited until 620 and the flower never came and they already charge me and I got a text confirmed that the flowers are in front of my house they promised me if anything goes wrong they will return my money so this morning I call back the company and I talk to a different person her name is kelli and she keep putting me on hold because I told her I don't want the flowers no more it's already too late! I just want my money returned to my credit card and she put me on hold again and she told me to call back I feel like this flower shop is a lied! Kelly said my flowers will be delivered by tomorrow . I had a great experience with this place. The first time I came to California to see my girlfriend. I looked for the closest one in town. They made awesome flowers. They were very pretty. As I am out of state so, I called them up few days before Valentine's Day and scheduled a delivery. The person I talked to was same lady who did flowers for me. She remembered me when j stopped by. The delivery person came right on time as scheduled. My girlfriend send me picture with flowers they looked very pretty. They went above and beyond.
