IMHO It's Christmas at World Market! They have such a great collection of Christmas decorations and gift items. For a few weeks in November, they also have a fun "scavenger hunt" for some "Golden Nutcrackers" that are hidden around the store. Find one and you win a specific dollar amount gift card to spend that visit. I've done this in the past, and it is EXHAUSTING to try and find the hidden item. This visit, I opted not to spend my energy looking. I did enjoy looking at the pretty decorations, and food items. I came across a clearance area with Halloween merchandise marked down to 90% off. There were some pretty good deals there, and if I celebrated Halloween, I would've bought a few things. Will I return before Christmas? Probably. I found a food item that would be perfect to fit in a stocking!

I don't really shop at World Market beyond Christmastime when festive colors and cool and unique gifts fill the shelves. But during my recent visit in September, they did have plenty of halloween-related items, so they definitely adhere to different holiday themes. I saw that they sold Keogh's irish potato chips here, particularly the truffle and butter flavor which was out of stock at Zanotto's nearby. I've recently become addicted to these, so I'm glad to have found them at World Market (this brand isn't sold at your regular grocery store). I also appreciate that the place was clean and organized, though service was slow on Monday evening during Labor Day weekend. I know it's partly the fault of problematic customers, but it still affected my experience as a whole and is worth mentioning since I think staff could have handled that better.

My partner and I like coming to World Market to look at the various kitchen supplies, room decor, and other housewares. They recently rolled out their spring collection, and I'm in love! This place never disappoints, and we always walk out with something new.

Great store!! I have been to many stores that have international products but this might be one of the best ones: it is very large, has everything and not just kitchen or food items, is very clean. Their ramen choices is so large, snacks, candies, pasta, pasta sauce, other causes, olive oils, alcohol, anything you might need to level up your cooking or to buy as a gift. have been twice and might make this one of my grocery stores I go to.

Wasn't expecting world market to be the closest location for a spice I needed. It gave me an excuse to do some shopping for other exotic items you don't normally find in the regular grocery stores. I needed Ras El Hanout for a bastilla. Also the smaller bag was cheaper than buying a whole bottle online

COME FOR THE SCAVENGER HUNT! Every year, World Market does a Scavenger hunt, Hunt for the Golden Elf, to look for gift cards inside the store, twice a day! I have gone multiple times and literally never found any of the gift cards, but it's still a great time. It's fun just to look and enjoy the holiday items and decorations in the store. Not to mention they often have hot tea and coffee at the front door when you walk in. It's an awesome free activity. The actual items at the store are so much fun too. I have two mini white birch trees I bought there last year that light up, and I love them so much.

I absolutely love World Market especially their fine food section. They have SO many snacks from around the world and the prices are reasonable. It's really tough to go in here and not want to buy everything you see. This coleman locations is always nice and organized and the staff is super helpful!

I love this place! I love it so much! I love that they have so many different types of sauces, snacks and ingredients from all over the place! The selection of hot sauces here is pretty great. I was surprised that they carried Fly By Jing here as well as Mike's Hot Honey, two condiments that I had been meaning to pick up but didn't want to pay for the shipping from each of their websites. My mom and I spent a good couple of hours just browsing the different snacks and candies and picking up so many different things. If you're looking for a place that carry's different sodas, snacks, noodles, sauces etc from all over the world, this place has got it! Can't wait to go back to try all the other they've got.

The tree candles and taper candles from here are amazing!

I absolutely love the world market and this location is my favorite. Their curb side pickup is on point and my purchases have always been brought to my car in less than a few minutes post arrival. Their holiday collection has been my favorite. Their collection is unique and the holiday candles are the best. Keep up the great work team! They have amazing gifts for secret santa and white elephant. Their tea collection fantastic as well. The glassware is fabulous!

My fiancé just visited Cost Plus to look at and order our centerpieces for our wedding. I wasn't with him but he came home raving about the customer service! Apparently Debby and Darcy (manager and district manager) were super engaging and helpful! He told them about the vision for our wedding, about me and about our story. They ordered him 11 globes and he bought this one as the 12th! They chatted him up and praised him for being such a helpful and attentive husband-to-be (which he is!). Overall, I wanted to say thank you for the kindness, advice and assistance in helping my fiancé navigate our centerpieces!

I needed one new hang standard to make my Elfa system accommodate multiple tasks. I first tried going to the Container Store in Palo Alto. The head Elfa woman at that store (Megan?) was extremely rude. I left frustrated and confused with what should have been a simple purchase. The next time I had business in the Bay Area, yesterday, I tried the San Jose location on Stevens Creek. OMG, night and day difference in experience! Becky retrieved the piece I thought I needed. When I commented that it looked different, she showed me the track and asked if it was the same as my track. Even though Becky has only worked for the Container Store for a few years, she is knowledgeable about the older, discontinued Elfa systems! We talked pleasantly about my options. I went home with the newer hang standard, which at least have slots that align to my older standards. Becky went out of her way to make sure I have her contact information. She even offered to put together a new system for me to just pick up, if I emailed her a picture of my current system with measurements. The entire interaction was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to the San Jose Container Store and tell my friends! I am disabled and have an accent, but neither of those qualities make me stupid.
