I also asked and sent photos that I wanted a more flat bouquet and it was round. To top it off I provided them with ribbon I wanted used as well as a picture and the ribbon was not used because they said my white satin ribbon would not look good. My bouquet was picked up right before my first look and my family had to fix my bouquet and tie ribbon onto my bouquet.
