She seemed very professional, friendly, and helpful that's why me and my now husband decided to hire her...BIG MISTAKE AND BIG WASTE OF MONEY! She charged us $1000 to coordinate our wedding the "Day Of" (Note- the contract states that the "Day Of package" starts 8-6 weeks before the wedding)...Well, our wedding was 3 weeks away and I had to contact her to remind her about my wedding! Once I did that, we set up an appointment to discuss wedding details. Now, the day of the appointment she was few minutes late (which I hated because I had my 3 month old baby with me and I was on a schedule to feed him). Plus, I just hated the fact that she was late! In my opinion wedding coordinators are like real estate agents, they need to arrive before the client does! At the end of the appointment she told me that "everything was on her hands now and that everything would be less stressful for me." Well, complete lies! Vendors were still contacting me and I still had to deal with a lot of stuff. When I asked her if she had contacted all the vendors, she told me she was "too busy" and that she "would do it soon." I mean, my wedding was around the corner and she was "too busy" to do the things I hired for! The day of the rehearsal we were supposed to meet 30 mins before anyone would get there to discuss about the decorations she was going to set up. Well, once again she was LATE! She got there when everyone else did, so we couldn't talk freely. Also, that day she brought her assistant because she had other "things to do," and her assistant took over our rehearsal. I paid her to be there, and she only showed up for 10 mins! The day of the wedding she was there, but from what I heard and saw she did very little. I actually think the venue coordinator did more for us (bringing us food and drinks, making sure we were comfortable, etc) than Grace. Not to mention that my husband told me that at the end of the event, him and his best man (wearing their tuxedos) were cleaning the venue and bridal room because she wasn't doing it! Something we paid for! To end this review, Grace completely disappointed me and my husband. We were not happy with her business and we felt like it was a waste of money. The funny part is that if you go to her instagram page @gracefulgatherings she reposted our wedding video making it seem like she did a great job, when in fact she was the worst vendor we had. So I'm hoping she removes our video from her page because we do not recommend her at all!

My event coordinator quickly placed a call to S&C, and within an hour, they came to the rescue with the most gorgeous linens! We had 35 minutes of play in the space world and then moved over to 35 more minutes at the candy land. Then we moved on to the private party room for 50 minutes. The host would use a siren when it was time to move to the next room and to guide us over.  I'm thoroughly impressed with the way Wacky Tacky handles birthday parties. They clearly know what they're doing. The host took care of everything which took the stress away from me. She set up the room, put my favors and cupcakes out. She served pizza, cupcakes, and used gloves to serve! She even sanitized all the kids' hands before eating. I love how they take cleanliness and good hygiene very seriously. Plates, forks, napkins, cups, utensils, tablecloth, hand sanitizer, were all provided.  Food orders do have to be made in advance, but I was able to add juice boxes and soda while I was there. Pizza came delivered close to the time it was time to move into the party room and was kept in the heated bag, so the pizza was actually still hot when it was time to be served.  Wacky Tacky was highly recommended to me for birthday parties, and I can see why. Definitely recommend to host a birthday party here! It's very organized. They even played a personalized happy birthday song to my son which I thought added such a nice thoughtful touch.  My son loves going here for open play as well. It's a great place for him to run and climb that isn't weather dependent since it's indoors.

We paid $500 for an all-inclusive birthday package, but from start to finish, the staff made it clear that they couldn't have cared less. The entire event was chaotic, uncoordinated, and stressful. There was no assigned party host, only a disengaged food server in the party room who offered little to no communication. I constantly had to track down staff to ask what was happening next and where we should be. When I arrived to set up, I was told I'd have 10-15 minutes to prepare the room. Instead, I had to repeatedly check in to see when it would be ready and was finally given just a few minutes to set everything up. During the party, the staff member assigned to our room showed no initiative or enthusiasm. He didn't communicate the schedule, didn't announce when food or activities were starting, and clearly had no idea who the birthday child was. He simply stood in the corner, quietly handing out pizza with no effort to coordinate or engage with the group. After pizza and cupcakes, we still had about 35 minutes left in our scheduled time. I was then told that too many guests had been allowed into Wacky Tacky, so the kids couldn't play afterward as promised. The children were disappointed and confused. I asked to speak with a manager, but no one ever came. I've since called multiple times to follow up, and not once has a manager called and spoken to me. Several of my guests mentioned they had attended other parties here before and had much better experiences, which only made this event more frustrating. Save your money and go elsewhere, Enchanted or literally any other venue would be a better choice. This was a disorganized, poorly managed experience, and we will not be returning

I showed Stephanie my example that I had and she gave me a quote right on the spot. She was exceedingly nice and personable. Since I was there, I decided to grab balloons for my dogs 10th birthday. The variety of sizes and color options for the balloons is remarkable! Once the first mylar balloon was blown up I was in shock the sheer size of it and was wondered if they would all fit in the car once done. Stephanie was extremely helpful picking out the colors and put together a great bouquet of balloons. Once all 5 balloons were inflated, 2 mylar and 3 latex, I was able to carefully get them into the car. The balloons were a great addition to my dogs birthday photos! I am looking forward to doing more business at this adorable little shop in the future. Oh, regarding the previous review where the balloons didn't stay inflated.
