First of all, the jacuzzi was dirty, there was a piece of hair, the grain was black and dirty, and dirty spots were there as if it was clean. I decided to ignore it and just not hop in. I was going to lay in bed when i noticed these DISGUSTING stains on the bed! I was beyond mad and went to the front guest to complained and asked "do you guys even clean after every guest because it doesn't look like it." He explained how it's the housekeepers fault but still why do they have staff that don't clean especially a stain like this I was so disgusted. He gave us another room which was eh doable but we obviously didn't get a jacuzzi so we got a cheaper room. We forgot to ask about the price so once we check out we will demand for a refund because this is disgusting and should not be tolerated

The Travelodge people attendance at the desk are chill and they don't bother you much as long as you're quiet enough. The rooms on the back side of the building are the best to stay in they tend to be quieter and more discreet I did notice three working girls there during our stay so including Stacy my friend and I went with I guess you could say there were four women working out of that motel.I personally had a great time at the Travelodge. I would recommend it to anybody that wants or needs a place to stay that is clean and ultimately fun if you have the right situation.

The court yard is clean and chill. The amenities such as the spa and tool were all present and in working conditions. The room was clean. Beds were comfy. No issue at all. Towels were a bit too dry and harsh on the skin. Not the best but it was good for what you are paying for. The front desk and store are located in the front lobby. Thankfully, the upper security latch prevented him from getting inside. The only positive part of this experience was the front desk staff. They were friendly, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. My frustration is directed at the ownership and management for allowing the property to deteriorate to this level. Hilton should hold franchise owners to a much higher standard.

Shot out to Ashley M for outstanding service!…read more We're usually used to staying at some of the larger Marriott brands, but we decided to stay here for one night (3/15/26-3/16/26) since we just needed a quick getaway close to home and it ended up being such a cute little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really made our stay stand out was the service. Everyone we encountered was incredibly sweet and gracious, but ASHLEY M. truly went above and beyond. I had originally asked for a pool view but couldn't really see it from our room. Without hesitation, she said, "Give me a moment," and rearranged things to get us a room with a proper pool view. That alone was amazing, but then I realized I had left something behind in the previous room. Ashley immediately reassured me and had someone retrieve it and bring it right over. She handled everything with such kindness, a smile, and genuine care, it really made a difference. When we checked out, I believe the manager's name was Isaac (I didn't catch it for sure), and he was just as pleasant and professional. You could tell the way the place is run reflects strong, gracious leadership. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Clean, welcoming, and filled with kind people who truly care. This stay was far below expected standards in cleanliness & guest care. I would strongly advise against staying here. I endured an extended business stay at this property and from the start, the room was not properly cleaned -- food debris on the floors, a heavily soiled couch with crumbs throughout, and an unsanitary shower head that required replacement. Maintenance issues, including plumbing (foul smelling water) and power concerns, took days to resolve. Housekeeping was inconsistent and often unacceptable. On multiple occasions, floors were not cleaned, sheets were not changed, and visibly stained bedding was placed on the bed. Debris was left behind, including someone else's hair and trash, indicating the room was not properly serviced. Most concerning, I experienced insect activity and developed a significant bite during my stay that is still healing. A colleague on the same floor reported similar issues. This raises serious sanitation and health concerns. Despite multiple reports, concerns were dismissed or inadequately addressed at the management level. Rather than resolving the issues, responses were deflective and unprofessional. I ultimately had to escalate this matter to corporate to receive any acknowledgment. For a Marriott property, this is unacceptable and this establishment is unfit. I would never return to this property.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We were in town for medical treatment, so having a comfortable and clean room was especially important. When we arrived, the room felt extremely humid, the refrigerator door had been left open, and there was a strange odor throughout the room. We're not sure if the open refrigerator caused the smell, but it definitely wasn't a pleasant first impression. The next morning, we left early for medical appointments and requested housekeeping. When we returned around 7 p.m., our room still had not been serviced. If you're traveling on a budget, be aware of the additional fees. The website listed parking at $34 per night, but we were charged $50 per night because of an additional hold for potential room service charges. That unexpected cost was frustrating, especially during an already stressful medical trip. We had originally booked the hotel for a week but decided to check out after just one night. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here.
