I went to go get my mail today and lo and behold there's a key but the key is not even labeled. Please see pictures. The key is also bent called the post office and told them I'm not able to figure out which box. My packages in today is February 14th 2024 spoke to Suzanne. She said she was going to send the carrier over. I came home and there's no package. I think by far your post office is the worst in the world read more

I came in, filled out the form to request a key for the mailbox to my new apartment. I waited over a month and received no contact from them. I went to the post office to figure out what the problem was. They did not have my apartment number and instead of calling to get more information. They just let my paperwork sit there even though they already took my money and had my phone number.Instead of automatically informing me that I have an option for them to hold my mail. I had to come back in a second time to inquire if I could expedite the process because I have important mail coming before I was told my mail could be held at the location. That's two situation where if anyone cared to solve the problem it would've saved a lot of time and stress for me. I don't understand the point of getting all of the contact information if it's not gonna be used when an issue arises. read more

Only giving 1 star because we can't give zero. Constantly putting mail in the wrong mail box. Saying mail is "undeliverable" even though they don't even try delivering it. My wife literally sat there and watched the mail person put something in the mailbox. She went out to check the mail and it was a slip saying "undeliverable". Went through this two more times(the last time we didn't catch them) before they left a slip saying we had to go to the post office to pick it up. My wife called and complained. They said we could show up Saturday to pick up the box. We show up at the location only to find out they're not even f'n open on Saturdays. I took a long lunch today from work to go try and get the package only for the lady at the front to say "Sorry, can't find it. Don't know where it is." I asked that surely there's more than just "sorry" and she said "Only if you want to speak to the supervisor". I told her well no shit I wanted to talk to the supervisor. Lisa (wouldn't give me her last name) went and looked for it (did she really though?) Said they couldn't find it and then said she'd have to "try" and find out who was supposed to deliver to our house. She also said that the system shows the package was already returned to sender. Which is funny because at the same time my wife was on the phone with USPS customer support and they said the package wasn't set to return to sender until tomorrow. My wife also contacted the person she bought the item from and they said they hadn't got any notification of the item being sent back. THEN while Lisa was in the back looking for the item the first woman had the balls to look at me and go "Why did you wait until the last day to pick up a package? You should have came in here when you got the first slip" I told her the real f'n question is why can't their mail carriers do their f'n job. Then explained how my wife sat there and watched the mail carrier fill out an "undeliverable" slip without even trying. She goes "Well I've never heard of that happening here" Right........go f'n check google reviews. read more

Seems the post person is the only one that persists in leaving my packages on the ground by my gate, rather then unlatch the gate and leave on at table by my door marked "please leave packages here"...out of the rain. I just found a very wet rain-soaked envelope marked photos by my gate. It contains treasured photos of my now deceased brother. Thanks for being so thoughtful and vigilant with my mail. Do you simply not care or are you just lazy? No wonder the postal service has such a bad reputation. read more

Mail is not always delivered nor picked up from my box. I placed outgoing mail in my box on Sunday night and it never got picked up on Monday. Monday's always seem to be a problem for this office. They just can't seem to get the mail out or picked up. read more

Went on vacation and held the mail for 8 days. My mail still has not been delivered and I've been home for 4 days. Left 2 notes to resume and to deliver all mail that was held. He takes the notes ( was on my security camera) out of the mailbox and I even called yesterday to speak to someone about it and was told that mail would resume today. I received 1 piece of mail today and none of the mail that was on hold.....terrible customer service!!!! read more

I would give them a -100 if I could. When you call they are very rude to you on the phone. If you have a problem that needs checking into and they tell you that they will call you back they never call you back. If they leave a package on my front porch they never ring my door bell. I am thankful that I have not had a package stolen so far which some of my neighbors have had. My mail box is not checked every day because some times I will have out going mail that is not picked up, (I put my mail in my box very early in the morning, like 7 am) so there is no excuse. I never have the same mail person and I never know when my mail is going to be delivered. It may be in the morning or very very late in the evening as late as 6 pm. What a joke !!!!! Never have I seen such lazy people!!! They will not return calls and when a terminally ill women who is barely able to walk and was in the hospital for an extended period of time asked for her mail including medical supplies and prescriptions to be delivered she got a nasty note from the person delivering her mail that said "pick it up" she reached out for help and spoke to Brian in the office who said that he would look into it and call her back. Very upset, I usually never go out of my way to complain but here it goes. I got my brand new computer shipped to this post office, it was wrapped very securely in cardboard plus bubble wrap to insure it wouldn't be damaged on the trip. It also had "fragile" written all on the box it was shipped in, but not surprised it came absolutely crushed and banged up. I open my computer and it was so broken. It was cracked in places not easily breakable so that shows it was not handled with any care at all. I have had other experiences with this post office where my packages were damaged and the people were unpleasant. Now in the process of filing a claim, very disappointed that people do not treat others property like they should. Be careful going through this post office, because you might get the things you paid for broken when they get to your house. read more

All of the guys working at the counter are extremely nice and friendly. My talkative 2 yo son is always the center of attention when we go to mail things, and sometimes that isn't always a good thing. In the event of a tantrum they always offer him candy, and are always friendly to him. But unfortunately I came here to complain about who I think is the manager. Tall, Hispanic man. I sell clothes on poshmark, & have been using the flats rate boxes available at the PO. Never had a problem. One time I had my husband drop one off for me, and he encountered this man. He told my husband he could not use the package and tried to charge him extra, saying he couldn't use a flat rate box. I thought surely this was a mistake- and the man "let it go" this time but told us to get some different boxes. I continued using the same ones until last week when I encountered him myself. He made me UNPACK my item, and gave me the tiniest little box to use instead and told me to order boxes online at usps.com. He was extremely short tempered and rude during this whole experience. So when I got home I went to the website and the only FREE BOXES available were the EXACT SAME FLAT TATE PRIORITY ones I had been getting from the PO. Then I went onto poshmark and confirmed that those are the boxes I should be using. So I don't know what this guy's problem is, but it seems to me like he just doesn't want me taking their boxes unless I am going to pay for them. Needless to say someone needs to inform him, keep him up to date on his job and he could also use a lesson or 2 is customer service. read more

I had the worst customer service experience a few days ago. I went in to mail a letter and wanted to trade in a book of stamps for different ones and they refused as I had no receipt! Then I asked if they would look to see if my package I mailed from there 2 weeks prior had made it to its destination. I paid 19.00 to have it insured and tracking number, They said no they would not track it as the bottom of the form was not filled out! I was never told to fill out the address at the bottom and they said that was too bad! Finally I asked to speak to the station manager and it took her 2 seconds to put the tracking number into the computer! Why do these two female employees still work front line jobs there when they do not like customers? I will drive the extra distance to the post office on Central Ave. so as not to be abused by this post office. read more
