I will just say that for valentines days of the future, they need to prioritize organization. I ordered $100 worth of roses to be delivered the day before Valentine's Day, I payed extra for delivery and I tipped on top of that ahead of time ($140 in total). They promised over the phone that the roses would be delivered by 5pm. They never showed up and they didn't answer the phone. I then went to the shop and stood online for 40 minutes. When I told them what happened they then tried to find the roses and couldn't. They found a small bouquet of roses and handed them to me with no offer for partial refund but they offered me a used glass vase. They seem like nice people but I am just not happy with my experience.

What I have seen is disrespectful, entitled and downright belligerent customers yell, swear and make everyone around them uncomfortable. The staff kept their composure and tried to de-escalate the situation. If you want beautiful flowers, plants that will survive and herbs that are fresh. This is your go to place. The service was quick and friendly. The place itself has a very mom and pop establishment vibe to it. As I noted at the beginning, I don't have as much experience buying flowers as I do say a good slice of pizza so I don't have as much experience in terms of the basis for comparison, but if I were in the area, I would definitely come back to get flowers for another occasion.
