Roger arrived on time as scheduled, brought all the necessary equipment to install the new and remove the old A/C unit. I said oh, I can't wait that long but if you would be able to just get the blade off for me, I will buy a new one. They said they would see what they could do. I got the message that it was done so I go to pick it up expecting that just the blade being removed is what I would have been paying for. I left work on a lunch break so I was limited on time to clarify the cost. I ended up paying $116 for service that I had changed! I just called and spoke to a manager, and I let her explain and when she asked me what I wanted out of this, I started to speak and she kept interrupting me. So I told her that I can't answer her if she won't let me. She said we can discuss this when you have calmed down and hung up on me. I don't recommend them, they even had a customer in there when I was that said he just wanted to find out what was wrong with his equipment, not just fix it, and so even he was upset. Management was unprofessional and rude. They did work that I had changed my request for. I'm sorry but almost an hour charge for labor when I know that it would not take that long... My car oil change only cost me $65 for full synthetic!!! Total rip off.

They offer pick up and delivery but we chose to drop it off and pick it up ourselves so we were fortunate to meet Jenna and Rob in person. Professional, polite, super helpful and just nice people. The work was of exceptional quality and our set looks as good as new. It's the kind of thing you can't buy anywhere anymore and we could have spent less money on a new one but it would have never been near the quality as the old one. I called and spoke with Bob. He was very direct, some people might not like that, but I did. He's not a slick salesman, he's very knowledgeable and will answer all your questions. I looked at the TT, got an ageable price on my trade, and purchased. I had to wait to pick it up, as I was traveling. My pick up experience was so amazing! Vinnie is great. He's a perfectionist, so you know you will be safe towing your travel trailer. He went over ever system in the unit, answered my questions, and offered some great advice. I wish I had found them for my first purchase. I feel I got a better overview of my TT and I had so much support on getting it ready for my vehicle and safely leaving the lot. I will definitely do business with them again. Hopefully just for maintenance and such, but I really liked my experience here. I also met Jim, the owner, he's wonderful. Local boy. Wendy was also there today to help with tags and other things. This place is not out to get as much of your money as possible and not care if you come back.
