They repaired our 1 grand TV for less than other shops were trying to charge, one even told us we would've better need to get a new TV, others told me more than $450 without listening to what I was saying what the TV had, and one even told me "Whatever they tell you in somewhere else, they're lying to you and you'll waste your money". DO NOT FALL FOR ANYONE THAT SAYS THOSE THINGS. When I called TQ they straight up asked me for some information from the TV, I let them know I had an approximate diagnostic of what was going on and because I did have a tight budget I wanted to see if I could get an estimate. I do not remember his name, but the person responded right away with the price for our TV fix and said he could fix it. Our TV was not cracked (they do not fix cracked TVs) and all it was happening is that it would turn on, show the logo, then shut back off. We took the TV to him, he helped my boyfriend haul it off the car and take it to the shop, then gave it a quick diagnose and said "Okay it will be ready in a week". We paid the diagnostic in advance and he said the diagnostic was part of the total cost! WOW that is great! We were expecting our price to influx a little but no, the next day he called us and let us know what the problem was and I was surprised to hear that he had already fixed the TV!! I was so astonished and excited, mind you this is a big 65" TV! So we were totally expecting that full week. Long story short, I picked up that very same day and since that day I didn't go with my boyfriend, him and his dad were so kind to help me take the TV all the way to my car. I was so amazed and thankful for their job, I've been recommending them everywhere and hope people will go here for their issues. They were great, informative, and not trying to steal your money like other companies. They were honest and in no moment they said something to compete with other TV repair shops, this is what made them stand out! If your TV has some hardware or internal issues, this is the way to go! Go get it diagnosed before buying a new one!

So I took it upon myself to drive over to Cedar Springs Rd (from Forney might I add) only to see the address listed in Groupon does not exist meaning there isn't a building!!! I even walked into shops that are on either side of the supposed address and they never heard of the place. Of course Groupon refunded me, but that is beside the point. That is my time and gas I will never get back. Lesson learned: don't do business with a company that doesn't even have a phone number. ‍

I eventually found another phone number for them after searching the net for about 10 minutes. I called and left a message and Juan promptly returned my call and set up an appointment the next day. That part was positive. When I went there, Juan told me that the LCD screen of my Ipad was defective but that the voucher was to fix the "glass" only. Classic Bait and Switch. Will not deal with them again.
