We packed alcohol and food and they provided coolers and waters which was perfects there was even a little bathroom on board. I also want to say that the service and attention to detail that Emma provided was top tier - she was snapping photos the whole time capturing all the moments so we could just have fun, then airdropped them too us at the end. I also was not drinking alcohol, along with a couple of the other girls and she remembered that and when she was offering drinks always offered us a water instead of a can and that made me feel really included and I appreciate that so much. All in all a great day! Highly recommend! P.S. make sure you bring towels and lots of sunscreen!!!

Once we hit the ocean, we moved to the back and Captain Dan put the sails up. He even let my husband take over for a bit and he loved it. We could have taken a swim but we preferred to enjoy the peacefulness of sailing. If you prefer a more active trip, all you have to do is ask! There is a bathroom and room to change clothes if needed. You will not regret booking this trip! Bring drinks!

We had family and friends in town for the 4th of July weekend so we wanted to do something fun. My…read morehusband booked this catamaran trip and we were stoked to check it out. We went on July 3rd on a Sunday and it was a beautiful day out. Sunny with 10% chance of rain, which is good for summer in Florida. The weather was perfect. We arrived to Bahia Mar Marina and checked in at the Tropical Sailing office by the main entrance, located behind Market Cafe. Once we checked in, we went over to the marina where the catamaran was located. There was a group total of maybe 30 people on our cruise. Our captain was Ernesto aka "E" and then Nick who was the bartender/first mate. E and Nick were awesome. E had jokes all day long and was so good about informing everyone about rules and things to do and not do. Nick was so good catering to our kids, we had 13 people total in our party and 7 of those were kids. He was great about tending to them and making sure the kids were happy for the duration of the cruise They offered free snacks, bottled water and sodas with the ticket price. You could open a tab and buy alcoholic beverages during the cruise. They had beer, White Claw and wine. Very affordable prices. Worth it if you want to drink. We sailed to Fort Lauderdale Beach area in the middle of the ocean and they put out the water mat and trampoline. And the water slide was in full effect. We got to hang and lounge here for maybe 1-2 hours? Hard to say as we didn't keep track of time and we were too busy having fun to notice. It was a good amount of time though for everyone to jump in the water and play. When it was time to leave, E and Nick pulled everything out of the water while most of us lounged on the net. You can only lay on the net when the catamaran is not moving. We sailed back to the marina and almost everyone was passed out and dunzo! What an awesome day on the catamaran. Great fun had by all. Thanks E and Nick for taking care of us. You guys rocked and make this cruise so much better! Thank you. We'll recruit more people and we'll be back soon!

Alex was our captain and was great the entire trip. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and did a nice job pointing out houses, yachts, and different spots along the water without overdoing it. The whole ride was relaxing and never felt rushed. If you're looking for something different to do in Fort Lauderdale that's actually worth it, I'd definitely recommend them.

They took me and my girlfriend out to the middle of the ocean around dusk just on time to see the sun go down Believe me when I tell you this that sky was amazingly beautiful.
