I did the soak in the hot tub for about 25 minutes and then went to the cool water (Freezing asz cold water) OMG! then back to the hot tub where I and my testies were safe. I was called into the body scrub where from head to toe they scrubbed me removing tons of old skin (you'll know when it's done to you) 90 minutes was my tour in Nirvana. Then back out to shower off the yuck and into the hot tub, followed by Korean food & drinks (extra). There are mats to take a nap or heated rooms like a salt room etc and other treatments, but I was good this trip. I will return soon.

When I arrived I gave them the gift certificate that they confirmed they had put the wrong expiration date on. Again, they refused to honor their own confirmation that the expiration date should have been June 30, 2026. There are three saunas, six cold plunges (half inside and half outside), and red light therapy. The wood sauna gave an incredible amount of heat and was the hottest one. It was awesome to be able to go back and forth between the different wellness options. I appreciate they have two changing rooms and plenty of storage spaces. Towels were available as well. Absolutley will go back! They even offer space rental for private events which is so cool.

The staff members are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The compressions are a great way to reduce muscle fatigue and relieve pain. I love that I can give my credits to a friend since unused credits carry over. 10/10 recommend!

After visiting Arctic Bath & Coffee twice, once for a friend's birthday party, when I tried my…read morefirst ever cold plunge, and more recently this weekend to try out their fire and ice contrast therapy partnership with Hotworx St. Pete, located right next door in the same plaza, I have to say I'm hooked! I never would have thought I'd be a cold plunge girlie, but the reset is amazing! After turning up the heat with a hot yoga session in the Hotworx sauna, I popped over to Arctic Bath and into a cold plunge for a cool five minutes of recovery. Wear something you can get wet in, like a bathing suit, and I recommend bringing a change of clothes for after. But once you're ready, their friendly team guides you through everything, and they provide water gloves and shoes to protect your digits from the cold. Their team member stays with you every step of the way, and they talked me through my first few seconds of trying to catch my breath, reminding me to breathe in through my nose and out through my mouth. Sounds silly, but you truly forget how to breathe for a few seconds at first when that cold water hits. But then, my body kind of numbs up and I can easily sit in the tub for the full five minutes. But don't worry, you can definitely do less time than that if you want. When I went for the party, my friends and I used the tubs on the other side of the room, where two people can sit in each tub. This time, I used the single person tub. I liked that their filtration system keeps things clean and sanitized, something I was always worried about when I heard about cold plunges. When it's time to get out, they help you through that, too, and then wrap you in a warm robe. Before you plunge, you have the opportunity to order a coffee or matcha latte from their delicious menu - hot or iced - and it's waiting for you when you get out of the tub. Overall, I really loved my experience and prefer the contrast therapy of a nice heated workout before the plunge. I'll definitely be back again.
