Since I work in higher ed and had my ID, I was given $4 off, which I certainly appreciated. I'd been to the Chihuly Museum in Seattle as well, so I was looking forward to this collection. This museum is a good deal smaller than the other one out west. But in a way, I didn't mind that because I was able to spend extra time on the pieces they did have. Sometimes quality over quantity is ok. You can also get a free audio tour via your phone by scanning a QR Code, which I definitely recommend to get more history and context about the sculptures. I did not have time for the glass blowing demo as it started at 12 and I only had one day in St Pete and I was heading to a baseball game. I was hoping to get some merch, but it was a little pricier than I would have liked.

The selections in the exhibition are beautiful. Each one is surprisingly more beautiful and different than the next one. The service in the gift shop where you purchase your ticket is especially great. You can ask questions and receive polite answers. I really enjoyed my visit. Don't forget to watch the live glass demonstration across the street at the Morean Arts center. Tips are appreciated.

We were immediately great upon arrival. Austin explained everything to us and he had Alex also standby to assists. Everyone was very nice and kept the atmosphere light and energetic. Be advised it is very warm, not sure why I was surprised by this but I was. Obviously you are working with open flames and the room has ovens too. Dress cool but closed toe shoes are recommended. Also as stated on their website your final project will not be availabe to take home until the following day. This was good for us to know since we live 40 minutes away. We definitely plan to do this again perhaps with a group of friends on a cold winter day! For the best value check for Groupons prior to purchasing.

The instructors were very un attentive and had the attitude that they couldn't care less about what your glass came out looking like. Both my mom and I tried to ask questions throughout the process to make sure we were doing it correctly and the instructor would respond back sarcastically and was not helpful. The cost of this class for two people was not worth the 15 minutes it took to blow your glass. I unfortunately would not recommend this.
