I have had 5 inspectors from Truly Nolen go through my attic with no issues and found rat droppings everywhere. If his inspector had looked just a little bit, he would have noticed the rat droppings everywhere and seen the home made plug that was covering up a hole in the soffit. It was necessary for me to pay out of pocket to clean up the mess made by the rats, the ones the inspector failed to see. I am attaching photos of the rat droppings and the homemade plug in the soffit. See for yourself, in plain view a mess I had to pay to correct because the inspector failed to do a proper job. Would love to attach photo's of what he missed, but unable to add them on this site.
