Their unwillingness to run the Key West Center as anything more than a decaying office building is affecting many small businesses within the center. The temporary 2-week receptionist sent up from South Florida was a rude incompetent know-nothing who made it clear that she would prefer to be in South Florida than in the sleepy town of Palm Harbor. Palm Harbor is a really good community. It is a very safe place to live and work. Palm Harbor is a nice and quiet alternative to the city life and inner city urban blight. That is rapidly changing. Since the management change of 3 weeks ago there have been no executive center services, as per a memo circulated to all tenants. There is no gate keeper, no one to book or manage the conference room facilities, and no coffee. The mail service responsibilities have been handed down to maintenance. No lights are on unless a tenant strolls through the darkened hallways and finds the light switch. There have been parking lot accidents, bar fights, drunkenness at all hours of the evening even after legal closing time. Outside lighting is not functioning making a dangerous atmosphere for those working in the later hours. Broken glass, empty paper cups, vomit and used condoms have been found in the parking lot in the mornings and weekends. Skate boarders use the parking garage as their personal skate park knowing no one is policing their activities. HVAC is not functioning, the bathrooms are deplorable, there have been plumbing issues, mishandled mail, down WIFI, and structural issues and this is just what has been mentioned by fellow tenants. There have been days when there is nobody at the front desk making it hard for tenants to know when their clients show up. When trying to contact someone it is impossible to get a call or email responded to.

Ms. Coughlin initially stated that I would be able to view the home if I provided a copy of my driver's license. Relying on that representation, I sent both the front and back of my driver's license. After my identification was reviewed, the showing was denied, and she stated that she felt "uncomfortable." When I asked why my identification was requested and why I was told I could view the home if the showing was not going to occur, her tone became rude and dismissive, and my request for a clear explanation was characterized as being "argumentative." She then provided multiple inconsistent explanations, including stating she did not receive the back of my license, later admitting she did receive both the front and back via my business email, and then stating she could not proceed because the license did not come through via text, even after acknowledging receipt by email. She further stated she was not checking for it and again said she did not feel comfortable moving forward. At one point, she stated, "I see now it wouldn't work with you renting from me." No objective or consistent reason was provided, and the showing was denied only after my identification was reviewed. The shifting explanations and denial after reviewing my identification left me feeling scrutinized and subjected to what felt like prejudiced treatment, rather than being evaluated fairly as a prospective renter. While safety or verification protocols may exist in real estate, they should be communicated clearly, applied consistently, and handled professionally and respectfully. This behavior is unacceptable and fell well below the standards of professionalism, transparency, and fair treatment that clients should expect.

But these people are by far the least professional people I have ever worked with. They don't pay bills on time. They rarely follow through on things. Communication is terrible. They have a high turnover. Nothing is ever their fault. God forbid you should try and hold them accountable when they have messed up or dare question anything they have done. I think the owner has forgotten that he is offering a service that his client is paying for and not the other way around. Run, don't walk away from this company, you'll thank me later. I am betting there will be a snarky comment from this business as soon as they see it. The owner speaks fluent "snark".

I was notified by Yelp that Frank replied to my rating and complaint on here. Here is my reply so…read morereaders will know. First of all, your kindness did not go unnoticed or unrecognized. I thanked your wife, Lynn, when she finally agreed to fix my front door. However; I trusted, because you are a professional, that you would not have workers repair it that had no idea what they were doing. You and I both know you do not paint over rust and so did these gentlemen. Your employees used sandpaper to remove the rust spots and then painted. They did not even hit all the rust spots and then who knows what they did. Use the wrong sandpaper? There are indentations all over the door and then it appears they just slopped the paint on with all the sanded material still on there. I might mention that these 2 employees were let go from your company just days after this incident for unknown reasons. I have received one quote to repair this mess. Your "$0 cost to me" will now cost me $1700 PLUS materials. They will need to remove the door and take to their shop. It includes 1 1/2 days labor plus materials. Secondly, where in the world has this implication and description come from? Are you adding this all of a sudden so your readers will think I did something wrong? "Temporary fix"? 2nd resource "refused to work on door based on interaction with me"? Never was temporary mentioned by anyone. Why would I want a temporary fix? That makes no sense. Your Oct. 2021 notation in your response was never communicated to me. My interaction with 2nd resource was less than 5 minutes when they showed up at my door. They told me that Lynn had sent them to look at how they could fix or they may have to replace it. (Obviously, Lynn knew how bad it was.) After they explained why they were there, I left and did not even see them leave. No word, again, from Lynn. In late Novemeber, I ran into her on our property and AGAIN asked what was going on with my door. She stated the usual rhetoric of "other residents have rust on their door" and "doors are the residents responsibility". When I pushed, she stated that the 2nd resource told her they would have to remove the door to fix it. (Maybe she thought I wouldn't like that idea.) I replied "OK" and "This would be a good time to do it while the weather is cool". Again, nothing was done. No mention about them "refusing" to fix it. Thirdly, I received a letter from the HOA Board; however, this does not concern the Board. They did not do this damage to my door. My property here is my biggest investment and asset. I do not want to have to incur costs for damages that were not caused by me. Please fix my door. I
