    The burger

The burger and ingredients here were very high quality you taste it. The service here is excellent and very attentive to the guest . The decor here is very nice as well. The wine bar is hidden to the side in a different entrance . The burger here is definitely worth a try but it is definitely ok the more expensive side

I had the pleasure to try the seasonal pumpkin cheesecake from Chèvre for thanksgiving and what a treat it was. Delicious and second to none. I'm looking forward to trying additional cheesecakes and the sandwiches from this restaurant. Highly recommend this place if looking for delicious cheesecake for a special occasion or to simply share with family. Staff was friendly and cheesecake was ready on time when I arrived.

We ate here for lunch recently and loved it. There are only a few seats at a counter in Chevre but they also own a small space nextdoor, Bibliotheque, a wine tasting bar, which they opened up for us to sit and have our sandwiches. The food was delicious. It was definitely expensive, so not somewhere I'd go frequently myself, but for a special treat, I'll be back.

of the products had prices displayed, so I asked a staff member for clarification. He told me that the owner prefers customers who can afford the products without needing to see the prices. I expressed that this felt discriminatory, and he openly agreed. Regardless of how much money I'm willing to spend, I won't return. I don't support or tolerate discrimination in any form.

    La Bibliothèque

La Bibliothèque by Chèvre is a hidden gem for wine and cheese lovers in Miami. This intimate spot seats about 15 people, so I highly recommend making a reservation through RESY. Not only do they bring in some of the best cheeses from around the world, but they also incorporate them into incredible sandwiches and one unforgettable cheesecake. What really makes this place special are the cheese tastings, wine pairings, and special dinners held in their library room--a small, temp-controlled space with a marble counter that makes for a unique and cozy experience. I had a glass of the 2021 Luis Rodriguez Vazquez A Torna Dos Pasas, a Galician blend bursting with red fruit flavors. It was bold yet smooth, truly Galicia in a glass. The best part? You can grab a sandwich or cheese from the shop next door and enjoy it with your wine. Miami needs more places like this--so glad I found it!

Absolutely loved my visit here! I believe Paul is one of the brothers I met on the front end here. He kindly explained what they are doing here. The sandwiches explained with care and samples of cheeses and the god tier basque cheesecakes they create! The lovely baker popped out front to talk with me about Taylor swift and I got to hear about her passion for baking. I felt like these people love what they do here. We ordered and I personally got the Spaniard I believe it's called and wow phenomenal! We had a chance to dine in the speakeasy wine bar section and pick the mind of the sommelier brother forgive me I can't remember his name. He spoke on the classes they are having and why he likes comparing different wine regions. Such a wonderful learning moment and delicious wine as well. I'm not local, but definitely plan on a return for the cheesecakes, food, and lovely establishment that is Chèvre.

Located in sort of a really upscale food court, of sorts. But OMG this place was AMAZING !!! You place your order and they give you a buzzer. Takes about 15 minutes or so. We had 1 El Padron and 1 Spaniard sandwich. Maybe the best sandwiches Ive had in my entire life and I mean that sincerely. Absolute best hams, cheeses, jams, bread, everything the perfect amount, not overloaded with anything, the bread was perfect thickness, complete perfection. Combo comes with chips and a drink. Chips are also really good quality , and drinks are Panna, Peligrino, etc. The cheesecake also is absolutely not to be missed. We had the chocolate. Just phenomenal. Rich yet somehow not heavy, creamy, chocolate not overwhelming. Absolutely stellar meal. You're going to pay for it. It's going to cost you as much as a sit down restaurant meal, about $33 each for the combo meal, and the cheesecake was $21, which is definitely not cheap. But worth every penny. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Loved, loved, loved it.

The cheesecakes are to die for! Creamy, light and plain delicious! We ordered so many cakes from them and the quality is great every time. Also, their sandwiches are great too. My favorite is the grilled cheese

Delicious sandwich with quality ingredients. The prices are high but this is gourmet so this is expected. The service is good as well. Friendly staff. The place is small so not of seating area.

Went on a whim after seeing a social media post on Chèvre. Located in a corner spot where a barber shop sign is more prominent than this great cheese spot, Chèvre's main door is small, intimate and only seats two. Their main room seats many more, but it was not open to the public due to a wine tasting. We were greeted by Paul, one of the managers. He was full of information and describe each sandwich to a tee. Which led us to having the Spaniard and the Italiano. Both scrumptiously delicious. Their basque cheesecake was out of this world and highly recommended. Although items seemed overpriced, they are made with quality ingredients and are well worth the expense. Will not only be returning to try their wines, but also to try their other sandwiches. A hidden gem in the Shenandoah neighborhood!

Been following on instagram for a while and I finally made it, and it was exactly how I imagined, PERFECTION!!! I can't wait to go back and try the other items on the menu! I had Never seen the truffle chips they have either ,just amazing! Don't leave without a cheesecake , I took mine home and it was so delicious Service was excellent as well

After watching all of your mouth watering videos I was expecting a cheese store and restaurant? Where can I taste the food you were making on the videos?

Hi right now we have a market. All of our videos are done with products from our store. We are going to launch a restaurant concept but still some time away. Hope to see you soon!

There was Fred, his wife Gaelle and their boys. They have raw goat's milk and home-made cheese, bananas, mangoes, longans, and other fruits. All available in just small quantities from their farm. The fruits are harvested that very morning and the milk milked the evening before. Fred was selling some guarapo (sugar cane juice). When I ordered one, he asked me if I prefer purple cane or yellow cane. I've drank guarapo all my life and I've never gotten asked this question!! I ended up with the purple cane, on his recommendation, and he squeezed a little key lime juice in it. I have to say, it's refreshing, only mildly sweet, and the best ever guarapo I've ever had!! As I sipped my juice, he explained to us how sugar cane juice is very different from what you may imagine it be to: water with sweet cane sugar. The juice is actually alkalinizing, and contains several essential nutrients, such as calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium and phosphorous. Moreover, the canes he used were just cutted that morning on his farm so it's way fresher than what you may get at, say, a Cuban cafe. And of course unlike the processed cane sugar, which is devoid of any nutrient. As many who shop farmers market may notice, there are stalls selling real local products, and stalls selling cheap produce shipped in from elsewhere. If your aim is to support local family farms, Farmer Fred is the stall to go to. Friendly people, quality product, reasonable price. (mangoes $2 a lb, longan $3.) Sadly or not, while he has a webpage, https://www.facebook.com/cubanredfred, he doesn't put up much info about where you'll find him next.
