Kitsap Moss Removal came out, were friendly and professional and half the price of one of their competitors. I hired them, a little worried since the other company said they were the only ones who would remove debris. They were great with communication and were prompt on the day of service. I could hear them working away and a few hours later I walked outside and it looked like a totally different house! The crew did such an amazing job and were polite and friendly. They needed their trailer to haul the debris (there was so much!) and asked if they could leave it for one day and come get it tomorrow. I agreed. They actually ended up cleaning it up later that day and my walkway and drive were cleaner than it was before they started. After asking she responded "I'm too busy" and handed the phone to another associate who verified they carry the item, but wasn't sure if any were in stock and replied "we are really busy right now, can I take your name and number and we will call you back." It's been over a week since I called, and still no return call. I ended up taking a drive up there the same day I called to see for myself. We were the third car in the parking lot, so they weren't busy. The employee was behind the register on her phone in a very relaxed state. After walking around the grounds for 30 mins with no help from employees, I verified the item I was looking for was in stock but was more expensive than other local stores - also, they had very limited selection for what I was looking for. I ended up going to Lowe's and found the exact same item with a wider variety of selections at a way cheaper price, with better customer service.

I personally think you can learn a lot about a company by noticing how they choose to conduct the work itself. It is the attention to worksite details like that which I believe can't help but spring from, and translate into, the quality of the workmanship itself. They installed Malarkey Vista AR composition shingles that match the roof on our garage that they did a great job on several years ago. The roof on our house is not simple. There are several dormers, two main ridges, shed roofs on long bump outs on the side and returns on gable ends. The removed a metal chimney we no longer use and cut in ridge vents. The house is stucco and they neatly and properly flashed and counter flashed everything. In addition, the porch has a hip roof with a 4' x 5' flat section on which they put a PVC roof to replace roll roofing. They meticulously protect the house and plants and clean up everyday. I highly recommend them.

We conducted a community Fire Hazard Mitigation project in our neighborhood, reducing the "ladder…read morefuel" (excess tree limbs) from several residential properties. Rather than individually haul the tree waste to the dump (many residents making many runs individually), we hired Shaver Dumpster Rental & Hauling to perform the removals. I found Shaver on Google, called Christian (Owner/Operator), and advised him of what we needed. Not only did he answer the phone himself, on the first or second ring, he was polite & professional and created a positive "first impression" over the phone. He offered helpful suggestions for cost savings and made himself available for whatever dates we chose. On the day/week of our community project, Christian arrived and unloaded the dumpsters at our two separate locations. We (our neighborhood) completed our project early, and Christian returned immediately to pick up the containers. His fast response saved us additional money. Lastly, he compared various dump sites and chose the one that was best for us, the customer (the one that was both professional and reasonably priced). We (our community) were very impressed with Shaver: Professional; Clean Equipment; Respectful of our neighborhood; Flexible (altering his plans so that it benefited us) and his final invoice was exceptionally fair. I needed a truck bed crane installed in my pick-up truck so I can load my generator when we tow our…read moreFifth Wheel RV. I needed it to be attached firmly to the frame of the truck, not just to the sheet metal of the bed, which would not be strong enough to lift the generator without damaging the truck. Aaron responded promptly when called. He took his time trouble-shooting various possible solutions, and came up with a simple, inexpensive plan. He returned today and did the job in a couple of hours, including welding, and then stuck around and assisted me in load testing of the crane. Crane works and stows beautifully. SO, Aaron did not only did excellent work, but brainstormed with me for a solution unique to my circumstances. I will be hiring Aaron again soon for some other projects, he was very easy to work with, and stayed within his estimate which was reasonable to begin with.
