margaret is the best, so I came this morning to was towels and I normally do not use the multi load machines. but of course towels are heavy duty so it only make sense to use those washers, well I put my load in set a timer for 30 mins left and came back the machine said 19 mins still so I was confused well come to find out the machine was broken so she went above and beyond to fix the washer my towels were stuck for over a hour i reminded her do not stress over it there just towels we I left my number and quarters so that when she got the towels out if she could put them in the dryer not only did she rewash them because there were soaked she even dried them free of cost and kept me updated I've been going there for years but I was so grateful god bless her heart. Yikes, went here to wash clothes as per usual. I have been coming here for years. No problems. Kids fed ducks some bread. By the door way. Women starts yelling at my 10 year old and 12 year old. They told her your mother is stupid for watching you guys throw bread. Lol. But she was loud saying she knows the owners.she is going to turn them in. This laundromat is not what it used to be at all. They have new owners. The floors are always very dirty with trash all over them. They raised the prices to the machines $1 more each machine. The dryers don't work like they used too. You only get 5 minutes per quarter it used to be 8 minutes and you end up paying more cuz your clothes are wet all the time. It's always weird people in the parking lot. Homeless and lots of guys hanging outside their cars smoking. Very unsafe vibes there. Will be looking for a new place to go. read more

I just went to this laundromat to wash a large ruggable rug..I used the 6 load machine and it was great! You can use a card on most machines which is really nice. I also did two king size comforters. The dryers are large and some are huge. Everything was very clean and Margaret was there the whole time working wiping cleaning and giving helpful advice. And there was also a guy repairing the soap machine and he also fixed a dryer while I was there. Both were very friendly. It was a good experience! read more

Our dryer broke and I needed a solution in the meantime. I had a great experience here, it was clean and there was plenty of parking. The patrons seem like regulars and everyone was very nice. I'm not a laundromat regular but I did think there would be more places to sit and wait. Issues with the pipes at my house mean I can't use my washing machine right now, so I have been bring my dirty clothes here. There are always large machines available and they wash clothes effectively and quickly. The owner was nice enough to show me how to use a machine I wasn't used to . My dryer wouldn't turn on, I needed to do laundry, and it was rainy outside, so using a clothesline was outta the question. I threw my wet clothes in a hefty bag and drove to the Greenhaven Pocket Launderland. I brought a bunch of coins with me knowing that laundromat dryers usually take several cycles to heat up all the way and dry everything. Au contraire! I was impressed to discover that the dryers at the Greenhaven Pocket Launderland are brand new and work really well. It costs $.25 for 12 minutes of prime drying time and since the new dryers heat up instantaneously I was able to get 2 loads completely dry for $.50 each. additionally, there are several brand new amazon size dryers for bulky items. The store manager told me that in addition to the new dryers the owner has also installed new large folding tables, as well as extra seating located directly across from those new dryers. This Laundromat is spotless clean and the dryers are brand new so over all it was worth the time and effort. read more

While washing clothes I noticed a machine leaking water and suds over the ground (not a machine I was using). I called the number listed inside the laundromat and left a voicemail. The manager left me a very nice message thanking me for alerting him and asked me to call if I ever needed anything in the future. So I make rare trips to the laundry mat, usually when my laundry machines break, just to stay humble. Hehe. Located in the same plaza as many Yelp favs in the area, this Coin-Op Laundry is on the side facing Florin Rd. Last time I was here, the laundry mat was really out dated from the machines to the walls and the floors. It almost felt dirty without it visually being dirty, if that makes sense. LMBO. Very recently (I'm writing this review doing laundry here right this second), the owner(s) seem to be updating a few things in the "mat". For instance, the floors were redone, some newer washing and drying machines were and are being installed and a neon green paint job. Almost all the machines seem to be working but look out for those notes typed in red, most likely that machine is out of order. I can't compare its prices to others since I'm not a regular at laundry mats. I did pay $3.25 for the 4x load machine and $2.75 for the 3x load machine and $0.25ea for 8 minutes of drying. Conveniently, Coin-Op is down the street from my house. So when my laundry machines break again, a visit here and my clothes are Tide clean. This place is awful. I walked in, after taking a phone call, to move my laundry from the washer to the dryer. I walked in to a man taking my clothes out of the washing machines. I told him not to touch my things and he said he's the owner and can do whatever he wants. I said my washing machines had been off for less than 5 minutes and that he shouldn't touch peoples belongings. He acknowledged that it had been less than 5 minutes and again said that he can do whatever he wants because he's the owner and told me if I didn't like how things work there, to never come back again. (FYI: I've been going to this place for years!) I told him that I most definitely wouldn't be coming back and he continued to yell at me and argue with me in front of several people in the laundromat and when I told him back off and that he has clearly made his point he got in my face and was aggressively telling me I can leave if I didn't like it. NEVER will ever put up with that kind of behavior. A grown man, business owner shouldn't feel so comfortable talking to anyone like that. Let alone a woman, a loyal customer and someone who didn't do anything wrong. Last time going here. Ever. p.s. The fact that the owner is trying to justify his actions in his response to my review shows how he is as a business owner. I might understand if there weren't any other washers available, but there was a whole row of washers available right next to the machines I was using AND PAID TO USE. I have been coming here for years so I know everyone!! I get I get there at 905. Last wash at 9. My kid puked so I already rinsed it and just need to wash but the guy that works there said hes tired. Now I get it. We are all tired but I told him washing and drying I would be out before the doors close at 10pm. He said no until another customer said well the doors close at 10. Wow! I have to share my experience because the customer care just blew me away. First of all this laundry mat is clean and kept clean by an attendant. The customers there are also very nice and friendly. I use the washer that I didn't think washed so well and so I left a note two days later in the mail I received a response from the owner. And a goodwill gesture, and some helpful tips. Oh, I cannot begin to stress enough how kind and polite and respectful and thoughtful this was. It meant the world I have a little piece of property and a little trailer and I'm waiting for the electrician to increase the panel so I can hook up my own washer and dryer. I've been going to another laundry Matt, to where the owner knows me. I've never had this response from the other place and in front of the owner my washer not only did not work at all. I had loaded it with all my soap and clothing so I had to take everything out and I lost all of my soap products. And all I got was an I'm sorry however, greenhaven laundromat total different response. The owner looked it up on the video acknowledged my concern, shared with me some tips and sent a goodwill gesture. This type of Customer Service in today's market brought me to tears. Some of you may read this and laugh. I'm crying over a laundromat now over the Customer Service that I received over the kind letter and the kind tips and the acknowledgment that he heard my concerns. Do I recommend this place? Oh yes, yes yes absolutely I will never go any place else. I just want to say thank you and if I could give you more than five stars, I would. read more

This laundry mat is fine but there are no paper towels of any kind to wash your hands or pick up a spill. But there is a sink to wash your hands. No bathroom either. Ridiculous. read more

Amazing laundromat new owners have done a great job fixing it up. Very reasonable prices I drive across town to do laundry. If you call the owner he comes right down and fixes the problem. Upgraded all the broken machines and remodeled the place. Come down try it out. read more

I rarely use the laundromat but had to swing by to do a quick load. This place is clean and not many people here. There were about half a dozen baskets around to use and more than enough machines. Plenty of parking in front so you don't have to lug your stuff to far. read more
