I personally went to the funeral viewing (same day as said delivery date) and asked the funeral home about my order (since they keep log of all floral deliveries). I would never recommend anyone order from this "florist" My original order was placed on a holiday (people also die on holidays) At no time while placing the order was it stated that the order would not be able to be filled by the date of the service. All of the website options showed that they had the addresses saved and that they could get the item delivered in time for the visitation, funeral and finally to the family's home if that was the plan. I ordered one for the visitation, hours later I got a text and email stating that they could not fulfill the order. I cancelled and reordered for the funeral, same thing. We were traveling to the funeral and had ordered them from home before we left. We travelled the day of the first viewing and arrived at our hotel several hours before the viewing was to start. Despite the flowers being expensive (over $200), we went ahead and ordered on Monday for a Wednesday delivery to have there for the viewing. After 5pm on Wednesday they messaged me asking to confirm a delivery time. I would have been ok with them being a day late, however they informed me they aren't able to deliver them on the day of the funeral either. Here I am a day before the funeral, after other companies have closed, being told they won't be able to deliver an order out in two days ago. Funerals are a very sensitive time for families.
