The customer service is very unprofessional and the manager is rude. I was attempting to order an inside casket arrangement for my daughter's grandmother from her and the representative was very un-sympathetic and argued with me instead of trying to assist me. Her tone was condescending and I will never give this company my business AGAIN. I will also be calling the funeral home and letting them know that they should contract with another floral company!!! I am very unhappy that my daughter who is 8 will not have her flowers with her grandmother considering we live in another state and couldn't make it to the service. I ordered a 200.00 spray to be sent to Lindsey Grahams graveside family funeral. Senator Graham was my husband's first cousin. There were about 7 sprays there all together in a row. Not one spray had from us on the card. They were all similar with red, white, and blue flowers..some with white..They sent me a photo of the spray they sent... had a few yellow looking Lillie's...but what good is it if the card did not show who it was from? I would never recommend anyone order from this "florist" My original order was placed on a holiday (people also die on holidays) At no time while placing the order was it stated that the order would not be able to be filled by the date of the service. Very disappointed in the service provided by this company. My grandfather's funeral website auto recommended Florist One. Despite the flowers being expensive (over $200), we went ahead and ordered on Monday for a Wednesday delivery to have there for the viewing. After 5pm on Wednesday they messaged me asking to confirm a delivery time. I would have been ok with them being a day late, however they informed me they aren't able to deliver them on the day of the funeral either. Here I am a day before the funeral, after other companies have closed, being told they won't be able to deliver an order out in two days ago. Funerals are a very sensitive time for families.
