Within 24 hours the palm coast location called me, I was at work and unable to return the call, they also reached out to my mother and according to her they were very apologetic and gave lots of options to make it up to us. My grandmother decided she wanted a whole new arrangement and she got it free of charge. I was really impressed with the level of customer service, stuff happens and sometimes things go wrong but it's nice to know that they will do their best to make a customer happy. I get a call on 7/21/24 around 12:00 from an employee from the store say that they can't deliver because they don't have a delivery person. They should have called as soon as they opened.
