Measured, put on a treadmill to see my steps and then recommended a larger size than I had ever bought. He told me I needed to accommodate the larger of my two feet more than my sizing had in the past. He brought out about 4 different pairs/brands and I tested them all out on the indoor track. Eventually we settled on a pair of Saucony. This was a brand I had never bought before and so I was hesitant. But I'm now a month into running with them and they're easily the best running shoes I've ever owned. Price was pretty standard at 150 or so but they're totally worth it. Will be back when visiting my family in Milwaukee. That's how much I loved the store.

I asked him about the "Fire Red 5s" that come out on September 13th. He said they don't have them. Obviously, you dont genius. I was just trying to see if your store was getting them. He could've at least got the manager. Just no urgency, no enthusiasm, no energy. Just dry, nonchalant responses. I felt like I wasted my money getting my daughter shoes from there. I did, however, have an okay experience outside of that. Please be careful who you hire or retrain them because I'm coming there spending my hard earned money. I don't want to regret spending it. That's exactly what I felt and I don't like it at all.

As someone who primarily shops for clothing at thrift stores, I thought I'd be immune to disorganization. But this store was a different level of messy. I think this Old Navy was understaffed, too. I only spotted two employees in the entire store. Although the store wasn't busy, I waited a pretty long time to make the return. And that return I was making? Which I think is why it's pretty messy (re: other reviews). Racks and tables are overflowing, making it tough to pick through. I'll say though, they have such great prices, deals, and sales! So as long as you're willing to spend the time doing some digging, you'll find plenty of good items to leave with. While I was in, I headed to the toddlers section for my son. It was honestly tough to find his size area, because again there's just a lot going on. I stumbled upon some great clearance shoes and t-shirts though! They seem a bit short-staffed, as I waited in line quite awhile with only two folks ahead of me. It was a seamless return and the woman working was friendly, so that's a win. I wouldn't say I'd look forward to a return here, but if I have the time, I'd probably come back from a deep browse as I do like their clothing.

I was called down to try on the suit, they had me try on someone else's tux and then told that they didn't have my info and had to re-measure me. I was late returning the suit as they were closed by the time I tried to return the next day; I will own that one. When I asked to wave late fee, due to the difficulty of needing to come down three separate times for measurement, they would not. Not once was accountability for the lack of organization taken, but rather displacement of fault; I will never go back there nor would I recommend this particular location to anyone. I would never had written this review if the manager would have been accountable for what happened and apologized. Wow, I just can't even.
