Waited 30 minutes for a scone, eclair and 2 lattes
    J L.

We walked through town on Friday 10/18. We saw this place and hubby fell in love with the idea of a pumpkin pie latte; but I was 7pm so I nixed that. Sunday 10/20 we got up early to stop here for his pumpkin latte and pumpkin eclair. We ordered his and I got a chocolate latte and a blueberry scone. I asked the cashier several times and she repeated my order. 25 minutes later we're called and now we're running late and there's no eclair one of the main reasons we're there. Hubby was cranky and frustrated with the wait and others who were called for pick up after we ordered. We just left as we were now severely late. I took a sip of my "coffee" and spat it out. It was milky water with a hint of chocolate. I told hubby to swing around block and I'm going to exchange coffee for eclair. They did offer me to remake it but they don't use coffee. Cashier put an extra eclair in box and I reminded her yet again PUMPKIN. She exchanged it a 3rd time. She said she put an extra one to apologize. Now, perhaps it's because I'm from a city that knows what real food is, but these eclairs were disappointing. The pâte à choux was hard and dense. It was like day old bread. Pâte à choux is a LIGHT, FLAKY dough. This was so overworked dough it should have been used for a door stop. Hubby agreed the "coffee" was actually water. There's no coffee in his cup. He asked if they reused the grounds. The scone was ok, hence the 2 stars. The blueberries were large but only about 5 berries on the outside nothing on the inside. One time visit with not giving references all.

Went on a Sunday and it was quite busy. Service was friendly and it's a nice treat. Donuts were $3.75 each and a bagel with cream cheese was $3.50. Bagel was good but not mindblowing. It looked like people mostly came for the made to order donuts. It reminds me of Duck Donuts, but the donuts have a more homemade fried donut taste. If this were in a different city, I would rate it lower but for the Southern MD area the 4 stars is fair.

The customer service was so friendly. The donuts were flavorful and unique. They make each one fresh for the customers. I highly recommend if you are in the area to stop and grab some! The manager went out of her way to fulfill a special request as well!

If your looking for a great donut this is the place to go, but I warn you it will be hard to choose just one. Ohhh, the bagels are top notch with many fresh cooked varieties along with cream cheese flavors to choose..... and cupcakes, sandwiches, fresh bread, cakes and more you need to go experience for yourself. We have been a few times and the service was great, and the community support brings this place to life . Well worth sitting at a table and just watching the town roll by nice remodel of the old dealership worth the trip

I've been here a few times and always do the basic maple cake donut. It's always good, and goes down easy with chocolate milk.

Nice atmosphere, good service, but EXTREMELY expensive for some mediocre quality baked goods.

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the smell of sizzling bacon, freshly baked pastries, and that warm, comforting aroma of coffee and country cooking. I went for their Amish breakfast platter, and it was everything you'd hope for -- farm-fresh eggs, crispy home fries, and thick-cut bacon cooked just right. The pancakes were golden, fluffy, and big enough to share (though you probably won't want to). Their scrapple and sausage are locally made, full of flavor, and pair perfectly with a drizzle of maple syrup. The real treat, though, is the baked goods section -- fresh sticky buns, whoopie pies, and homemade breads that taste straight out of grandma's kitchen. Everything feels homemade, from the butter to the jam, and you can taste the care that goes into every bite. Highlights: * Fluffy pancakes & golden waffles * Homemade sausage and scrapple * Fresh baked pastries and breads * Friendly service and cozy, welcoming atmosphere If you want a breakfast that's simple, satisfying, and served with genuine Amish hospitality, Easton Amish Market is the place to be. I prefer more cake based as opposed to filling style. The exception would be jelly filled but these cream filled ones just don't do it for me Overall I like the unique flavors that they have but it's not something that I see myself going out of my way to try again. I prefer donut connection.

We asked about the prices on the donuts and were a little concerned, but honestly figured they must be boutique. We decided on a half dozen donuts... regardless of the type of donut you got the price was the same. By noon, there were about 15 different donuts left that they had stock of. 4 vegan ones. The donuts are about the size of a baseball in circumference. Nowadays, social media is all about size and color, this place is extremely lacking in the size department. The best donut we tried from here was a vegan coconut one, and the bake on it was a slightly different texture than the other donuts. Honestly, the only reason this place got a second star is cuz of the coconut one. Texture was actually correct and not doughy. The other 5 donuts were as follows in order of taste and textures and actual baking: cinnamon n sugar, then everything with bacon, then Homer, then pandan, then Boston cream. I should have just made donuts at home with this place being as expensive as it was. The Boston cream custard was runny af, so either add a starch slurry or slow heat and actually make it simmer to make the custard cook correctly. Like you all know this, but you CANNOT charge 4.25$ per "specialty" donut and have very bad technique. The texture of all the donuts were somewhere between a light cake-like donut and a ball of raw dough. The Vietnamese coffee was meh. We will not be back. Next time, I will just go to Safeway and buy a half dozen of day old donuts that are randomly placed in a box and slightly better baked than this place and be reminded when I only pay 5$ for the box that I won't be as disappointed as I was on kevins birthday by stopping here. No pictures, I dont like having terrible memories on my phone. Waste of 31$ for a pick your own 6 pack and an iced pint of Vietnamese coffee. Jake n kev
