I've ridden past Flour Moon Bagels on my long bike rides along the greenway over and over and I finally decided to stop and indulge. I did get a frozen drink there the other day and it was really good (strong) so make sure to get one of those too! Even though the line is long, they have menus you can hold and somebody was passing them out the last time I was there so that was really nice. My go to sandwich is the bluebird. I also loved the huge porch area outside, where the majority of patrons were. There were lots of seating and shade for a nice al dente lunch. My bagel arrived and my eyes got huge. This bagel was much larger than I anticipated. It was the most deluxe bagel I have ever been served. I took my first bite, and I was so impressed. The flavors matched the presentation. The salmon was perfect and the kimchi cream cheese gave it such a unique flavor with pops of flavor from the mustard seeds. I ate the whole thing, even though I told myself I was going to only eat half. I heard recently they opened a food truck for their amazing bagels and it makes me happy to see this place successfully branching out. I really enjoyed this place.
