The swelling, lumps, discoloration, and contour irregularities have been present continuously since the original treatment and have been documented throughout the past eight years by multiple medical professionals. Shortly after the filler was placed, I sought evaluation from a nationally recognized injector and trainer who diagnosed malar edema and advised that the filler had been improperly placed. This was my first experience with tear trough filler or any filler. Since then, I have consulted numerous injectors, vein specialists, and oculoplastic surgeons, all of which is documented. Contrary to your statement, there is extensive published discussion within the aesthetic community regarding the long-term complications of tear trough filler, including persistent swelling, malar edema, Tyndall effect, migration, and filler remaining detectable years after injection. These are recognized complications and not claims I have invented. I have never stated that this experience was a "new" problem that suddenly appeared after eight years. I have consistently stated that it has been an ongoing issue since the original treatment. My review reflects my personal experience and documented medical history. Facts, opinions, and personal experiences are not defamation. Since you have suggested legal action, I welcome the opportunity to pursue this further.

My friends and I come here a lot to get our nails done. Unfortunately this last experience here was…read morenot a good one. While the price is affordable, I will not come back due to sanitary issues & incorrect methods they use. We made appts for 12 pm and my nails were not started until 12:45 pm. My nail tech (Michelle) was very nice and she does nails well, however, she used the nail grinder tool to clean my cuticles. My cuticles HURT for hours after my nails were done and weeks after the appt, I still have cut up cuticles and scabbing from the blood (pictures attached). I wish I had known in the moment that this method is not okay; it should have been a cuticle cutter. Once I got to my car and quickly googled that I found: Grinders are made for shaping hard artificial or natural nail surfaces, not living skin. Using a high-speed rotating bit on the delicate cuticle and the nail bed can easily cause painful skin tears, deep friction burns, and severe infections. These aren't correct practices used by this salon; they are taking the easy route to get it done quickly. Would not recommend. I would give them 1 star but Yelp removes those reviews easily so that's why I'm putting 2-stars.

I had been seeking treatment for severe bloating and digestive issues following a few miscarriages and wanted to explore a more holistic route. Alongside acupuncture (from a fertility specialist), I felt that this lymphatic massage could help flush toxins from my body, benefiting both my overall health and my journey toward conceiving. June used a combination of a specialized machine and her expert hands to gently stimulate my lymphatic system, encouraging the drainage of excess fluid and toxins. I've had massages weekly for over 10 years and experienced every type of massage, but this treatment was truly unique. I had a membership at Burke Williams for well over a year and always enjoyed their massages. But the cost kept going up and I just didn't feel I wanted to continue to commit to that much money every month. I was pleasantly surprised when I laid down on Jo's massage table! It was much more comfortable than the one used at Butke Williams! The room ambiance was just as nice, with soft lighting, soft music and ocean sound. There is also a small diffuser misting water in the air. Jo goes a step beyond Burke Williams as she has Lindt chocolates offered in a dish! We had discussed the level of pressure I preferred and whether I had any areas of concern. She advised that I could undress to the level of my comfort. I thought this was very sensitive of her as some people are uncomfortable with being nude for a massage. Personally, I prefer to be nude but others may not and I liked that she gave that option. The massage that Joe gave me was every bit as good as the massages I received at Burke Williams. She used the right amount of pressure and I felt totally relaxed afterwards. I highly recommend Jo if you are looking for a good massage at a reasonable price. I really like that she didn't talk during the massage or try to sell me anything afterwards. She simply gives a great massage and a nice smile!
