Horrible repair as they charged me 700 for one valve and install faucet kitchen that's insane bad business for sure

I contacted Alpha Plumbing to address a clogged main line. I initially attempted to clear the clog myself using a small auger but was unsuccessful. Due to time constraints caused by work and my wife's ongoing cancer treatment, I sought professional help. Alpha Plumbing inspected the line with a camera and attempted to clear the blockage, but the issue persisted. The plumber then recommended a full pipe system cleaning for $3,500, citing a drop in the main line as the cause. This seemed excessive, especially since there had been no prior history of such problems. Although the plumber ran water through the system and it initially appeared to flow properly, the issue returned five days later, resulting in flooding when the washing machine and dishwasher were used. When I contacted Alpha Plumbing again, the owner suggested the septic tank might be full--despite the fact that I had recently had it pumped--and proposed a new main line installation for $1,500. This was after I'd already paid $475 for their initial, unsuccessful service. At that point, I decided to handle the issue myself. I located the access cap to the pipe, cleared the clog within ten minutes, and resolved the problem. I provided the owner with photos and an update, but he insisted the issue would likely return. As of today, I have had no further issues. As a homeowner, you expect professionals to offer clear diagnoses and reasonable justification for large, costly repairs. I finally found a keeper. Found Alpha 24 Plumbing about a year ago and they have never disappointed me. Started with plumbing leaks under the kitchen sink that had been 'fixed' by four different people prior to Alpha. Have not had a problem since. Have an old house so lots of issues especially this last year. Fixed a nasty toilet problem, two shower issues and yesterday they replaced my hot water heater. Its always been same day service and I appreciate Leo's walking me through a few things. All the people who have been out have done an excellent job. I highly recommend them. read more

This company does the whole process ie plumbing and electrical unlike some companies that only do one or the other meaning you have to coordinate the 2 yourself. I thought I had just a clogged sewer line but it turned out to be a huge hole in the line. I have 80 year old cast iron piping and a portion of it needed to be replaced. Alpha 24 took care of it with no problem and didn't charge me more than I should have been charged. I'm super pleased with the work that was done. Will be using them again. No question. read more

They installed my new water heater and confirmed that it (AO Smith) was an OK water heater. They could have supplied a better one from a plumbing supplier for cheaper but I had already bought this one. They replaced a bad valve, took the old water heater and repaired my toilet seal.
