On Thursday, February 22, 2023, I specifically told them what part I wanted replaced, and the part was a cartridge that's inside my shower handle. They replaced the cartridge and additionally replaced parts that I did not request to be replaced. I've called them to have my parts back, and I suggested meeting with them for their convenience so that way I could return their parts. I received the invoice that I was not happy with due to them not following what customer requested adding additional parts that was not needed and billing me for it. Our hot water heater died in the evening and we found Dayco through Yelp. I filled out their form…read moreand got an email asking when I would like a free estimate - (ASAP!). It was a 20 year-old water heater and the tank had worn out - so when Tyler came the next day around noon, there wasn't much to diagnose. He explained all our options and gave us a good price for a very good replacement. We said 'go!' and we had a new heater in about four hours. He also explained a few mistakes the previous installer had made with some of the plumbing (the reserve tank was on the wrong side of the valve and the plastic tubes were too close to the exhaust valve, which could have melted them). Anyway, Tyler was awesome - very professional, very proficient, very personable, and able to explain everything to someone who's definitely not a plumber. Can't recommend Dayco (and Tyler!) highly enough. Will definitely be calling again if we need anything else in the future.
