Love this place so far. Team is amazing & classes are intense. Highly recommended for those in the…read morearea that need a Pilates studio in our neighborhood.

The good: Staff is super kind and the studio is very clean and spacious…read more The neutral: if you've done reformer anywhere else and that's what you're looking for... this might not necessarily be for you. It feels more like Pilates Mat. Of the classes I've tried, almost half the time we were on the mat. Again... it's still a workout but it's not really the reformer experience I'm used to. So depends on what you're looking for The not so good: the instructors basically stood/sat in one place the whole class. Did not walk around to see or correct anyone. During a couple of the exercises I noticed I was doing something completely different because I was at the end of the class and couldn't see her and she hadn't even come over to correct me. They don't give you any context as to what the options are (I.e we are doing leg so if you want heavier do this spring if you want lighter do that spring...) I was sort of doing a trial and error. But what really bothers me is that they start the cool down when there's still 12-13 minutes left in the class. That's more than enough time to get another exercise in and then cool down and stretch. I will continue to go to the classes cause I bought the package and because it's so close to me but again... it's not your typical Pilates reformer.
