When planning, I inquired on a lot of other florists, but Allie was very knowledgeable during our first consultation and budget friendly! I previously had another florist in mind for my wedding ceremony but it fell through and I was in frantic mode searching for a wedding florist just three weeks prior to my wedding. Enter Allison, who was able to come through for me! We didn't meet in person, but we did talk on the phone and conversed via email about what I was looking for. I told her what my color schemes were, and she did a great job of putting together my bridal bouquet, mother's corsages, groom and father boutonnieres, flower girl crown, and floral arrangements for the chapel based off the inspiration pictures I sent her. DO NOT GO HERE. Ordered a corsage and boutonniere for homecoming and when we got to the location, the warehouse was empty and deserted. Turns out they moved their location and didn't update Yelp or their Website!!! Literally ridiculous. We called and an angry Karen rudely said they moved to a new location 4 minutes away. It doesn't matter if it's "just 4 minutes away" they need to update their store location!!! I ordered flowers 1 week ahead of the delivery date. Ordered their arrangement called Pink as a birthday gift. When it was delivered they were mixed with different colors, not all Pink. I even upgraded from standard to deluxe. Seems like there are no consideration and just quickly processing orders. Meaning wouldn't matter if I ordered same day delivery. I called them and Samantha wanted to resend pink flowers which sounded nice, BUT WANTED THE ORIGINAL FLOWERS BACK! How unprofessional when I ordered a gift for someone. Then for them to ask my friend to return the flowers as an exchange when my friend shouldn't be put in that situation, NO client should ever! She said they do it all the time to exchange. Which sounds like they often mess up.... So I said no thanks and hung up. Very unprofessional and Sam should be embarrassed how she operates her business. I'm not usually someone who writes reviews but after seeing all the negative ones I wanted to say my piece about Allison at FlowerAllie. Because of Covid we never met in person but we did talk on the phone a lot. She is such a kind and passionate lady and you can tell that by the way she talks. Because we weren't working together in person, I gave a lot of inspo pics for what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. About 2 weeks before the actual wedding we had our final phone call and I had to change the arch I was using from a sturdy wood one to a gold circle provided by the venue and she said she was able to make it work which was perfect. I wasn't able to meet her the day of because I was so busy but she made sure all of the wedding party florals were easily found in the bridal suite. All the bouquets were in water and stayed super fresh and together all day. I even still have my bouquet even though my wedding was on 10.16.21, it is starting to dry out now obviously lol but it still looks beautiful. Meh. Just ok. Ordered a bouquet here for my SIL for father's day. I upgraded one level for a slightly larger bouquet. I feel like it just came with more filler and not much of anything else, and a couple of the lilies were already wilting by the time it was delivered. She met with me numerous times to go through our proposal and make sure she could give me exactly what I wanted within my budget. And despite having to lower our budget a bit only 3-4 weeks before the wedding, she was able to re-use flowers and still give us everything we hoped for. First of all, I saw all the reviews here. That's why I really want to write this review. Allison did an amazing job on our wedding. We did not really talk in person or through phone before the wedding, so I'm not going to make any comments on personality. Regarding the flowers and decorations, I would say we are 100% satisfied. I really like they listed out the pricing on the website, so I could know it's not wasting time talking to them. I sent email with some pictures regarding what I want and what's my budget then Allison sent back a proposal. The price is very reasonable and is the lowest I could find in the area, and Allison have many experience for wedding decorations. Soon, I decided to have Flower Allie as my florist and send out payment. Then I met Allison on the wedding day. Originally we said we will have lawn ceremony. On the wedding day, we decided to do it at the Gazebo. However, Allison told us these flowers are made for putting on grass, but she could try to make it work with Gazebo. That's the result in the picture. I really love it, and I really appreciate how Allison tried to help us when we made our last minute decision. I didn't even check for our cake or tables on my wedding day, I was like WOW when I saw it at first time after the ceremony. Their storefront sign says open, Yelp and google says open - but unfortunately after traveling several several miles to visit, we step in and are immediately told to leave. I wouldn't mind this usually - but the woman wasn't apologetic or empathetic - she was rude and needed to "get back to her wedding appointment." She says "excuse me! I know sign says open but we're closed!" I was with my baby and toddler both crying and really wanted flowers - but I guess that doesn't matter. Definitely will not be returning. I'm a small business owner and I go out of my way to ensure my guests are always welcomed and honor their needs (especially if it was my mistake for leaving an open sign on) And I take pride in this and feel this is key to any successful business. If you're thinking about hiring this lady to do your flowers for your special day don't do it. Weddings in general are a headache. This lady didn't make any of our lives easier just more difficult. I can't stress enough how stressed out we all were the day before the wedding if we were gonna get flowers or not. This experience was unpleasant and on top of everything the way we were treated and the way things were handled as far as payment was a joke. I went out to take a look at flowers before my best friend did her walk and the flowers didn't even look that great. I took a photo of the alter for my friend and she wasn't happy with the way things came out. I highly recommend Flower Allie to anyone who needs flower for someone or for wedding. Allison is a sweet lady! She does get busy, so she is sometimes a little scatterbrain. Also, she was very short-staffed around COVID, so she can be short with you. But once you have her undivided attention, she makes you feel good and does a great job! Also, I recommend that you give her some general ideas of what you want and a budget, and she is so creative! I gave one of the bouquets that she made for my mom, and my mom said it was THE MOST beautiful flower arrangement she has ever seen. She was also my florist for my wedding, and I specifically asked for pink peonies for August wedding. She said because peonies is a seasonal flower, she did warn me that the shades of pink might vary. I think it's fair that she gave me the warning. On the day of the wedding, it was beautiful! This review is long overdue. I just read a recent, negative review of Flower Allie's and felt compelled to share my own experience with her. Similarly, just weeks before my wedding, Flower Allie decided she was no longer going to provide my flowers. It's sickening to see that years later she is still doing this to other brides. After she refused to speak to me, my wedding planner was able to have Flower Allie uphold our agreement and provide our flowers since I unfortunately had no other options so close to the date of my wedding. After everything I had gone through with her, all of the bouquets arrived to our hotel the morning of with flowers I didn't even order. If you are a bride considering hiring Flower Allie, I would absolutely look elsewhere. I initially chose her because she was one of the cheaper options - what a massive mistake that was. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend choosing another florist who is a true professional. No amount of savings is worth dealing with someone who is constantly combative, frazzled and a loose cannon. read more

It was late in the day when I called to have flowers delivered to my daughter who lives near this florist. She had some bad news and we wanted to cheer her day with flowers. Allie answered the phone while she was driving home for the day. We talked a good bit about the situation, and she referred me to another florist who she felt might be able to accommodate a same-day delivery that late in the day. The mock up was very thorough and we went over everything. On the big day, the details were exactly how we discussed. They were even able to get white anemones in October which I was very happy about! My bouquet was gorgeous, as well as my bridesmaids. The centerpieces were perfect and the votives and vases they provided went very well with our decor. My friend's father passed. I didn't find out until a month later. I ordered the calla lilly bowl pictured and the lady asked when i needed them delivered by. I told her no rush (because a month had already passed). So then i hear the lady ask someone in the shop if she has or can get calla lillies tomorrow and the gal says yes so i think all is well. What was delivered was yellow roses. Totally different flowers. Totally different color. No one called me to tell me there were no calla lillies and what would i like instead. As a photographer, I've worked with a lot of different florists. When I worked with Allie on a styled wedding shoot for the first time, I was blown away. She took our inspiration photos, and somehow adding her unique flair while staying consistent with the theme. When comparing her work with other florists online or that I've seen at weddings, I haven't seen anyone who is similar to her. Allie has a creative vision and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to have flowers done for their wedding or portrait session. This was the first time I had personally hired her for my own shoot, and I had the same experience as I did with the styled shoot. She was so easy to work with in communicating the planning that went into the shoot. I had a lot to be planned including a bouquet, flower crown, flowers for styling details, and a flower bed of 200 roses! My shoot was especially difficult since it had been raining so much and the date was really difficult to be rescheduled. Allie was flexible in working with me, and man did she deliver! My inspiration photos were found through Pinterest, and Allie again was able to make it unique to me! She could have simply copied the look of the photos I sent, but she went above and beyond and made it even better. First off I ordered here due to the reviews on here & the nice arrangements I saw on their website, and idk if anyone has had issues with the customer service (the manager) but it was ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service I've had in my life & very unprofessional to the point I was getting cussed at that I put the manager on speaker so my other coworkers could hear how nasty this women was talking to me. I understand it's Covid-19 pandemic going on I'm a Healthcare worker I work with covid patients. I placed and order here today and the florist rep called me to let me know there wasn't any purple lavender roses so she was going to replace with a different color which I went with white. What I received was nothing like what I order. So I called the store NOT because the arrangement was ugly it was nice but because I wanted to know why it looked completely diff I mean they only told me they were changing the color of the ROSES. But when I called and started to ask questions the manager started cussing me out about it & even threaten to come herself to pick it up if I didn't appreciate their work & hung up. Then she calls me back with no apology that she mistaken my order with someone else's order but then she starts once again cussing me off that she put extra roses on there for me and that it was actually nicer than the online arrangement. At this point I was over it and I wanted my refund because I kept telling her is this how you speak to your customers ? I was so shocked that a store manager would speak to anyone with such nasty language. Anyways she cusses me out and repeatedly says "I'm not fucking giving your refund or fucking picking up the flowers (after she threaten to come to my work and pick them up herself) and calls me fucking crazy. And that she was not giving a refund or discount or anything and if I had any dispute to go to my bank and good luck with them. She also kept mentioning that the lady who grabbed the flowers loved them so what the heck was my issue , I kept repeating to her the lady who grabbed them was the receptionist I'm the customer I paid for those flowers not her, I ended up hanging up the phone cuz there was no point arguing with someone like that honestly. That call was going nowhere. No apology nothing. Then the manager starts calling me from her own cellphone repeatedly to continue to cuss me out & even leaves me a voicemail telling me that to go to another flower store and to text her a picture of my arrangement so her and her staff can laugh at it because it's be nothing like theirs. This was an arrangement for my mothers birthday and like I mentioned I get it were In a pandemic but that doesn't mean you talk to customers like this! They cancelled my order too late for me to reorder and advised me to contact some third party to file a complaint. Unacceptable and unreliable- their problem and they did not take ownership for it. I ordered flowers from Flower Allie Tuesday (3/31) to be delivered to my friend on Thursday (4/2) for her birthday but she texted me on Wednesday (4/1) and told me thank you for the flowers. I was so confused because I had ordered them to be delivered on her birthday. After this I checked my email on (4/1) that my order was delivered on (4/2) this didn't make sense. I planned to call the shop the next day since they were already closed for the day. I called the shop on (4/2 at 9:29 AM) to get some clarification on the order because it was marked as delivered on April 2nd but they were delivered April 1st. When I spoke to the associate, she was so rude. She told me that they received fresh flowers on Wednesday so they just wanted to get all the flowers out and delivered. I explained that I would have appreciated a phone call just to let me know. The solution she provided me was in no way helpful. She asked me if I wanted them to go take the flowers back from my friend and get a refund and to call back in two weeks when the owner returns. I did not ask for a reimbursement or discount, just a suggestion of better communication to their customers. What kind of solution is that?! I was shocked! It's really not a big deal but I just wanted to know what happened. I did not expect to be treated so rudely by the employee. Knowing the current situation with COVID-19, I specifically chose to order from a local small business to support our community, I'm so disappointed with the outcome. Quality! I came here to get flowers for my mom last minute on the day of Valentine's Day. They were super busy and only had off the shelf options available, which is totally understandable. My mom really loved the flowers. On our anniversary, my husband picked up an arrangement and the flowers are blooming beautifully. Overall, I would say maybe the price isn't the lowest in town, but if you're looking for quality, no complaints here about that.
