We paid 214.00 to have them come out to fix the problem .We also paid 100.00 to have them come out prior and explain the operation of the unit (which should have been explained when it was installed) We have had no proper heat for 17 days. They do not call or work on weekends. We have had 9 degree nights and under 20 during the day. They showed up with no parts that might be the problem (a fuse) took 7 days to get part just to find out there is another problem. Have not heard from them for 2 days (don't work or show up on weekends). They sold us an out of date unit that they can't get parts for . Talked to Dan he does not care to make us happy and hung up on me. We are using space heaters and the oven in the morning to get up to 68 degrees because I do not trust space heaters or stove unattended while we sleep. We got 2 emails from our power company saying we have use more power 14 days into this month than we did all of last month and Dan does not feel like he should reimburse us the 214.00 we spent to get them to fix the problem.

My 90 year old grandfather told me, "call Huether." They have been so fair and trustworthy. They repaired the heat last year for $270 and replaced the entire boiler this year for less than HALF what Isaac tried to scam me out of last year. Not just that, but from the time my boiler died to the time I had heat back was just SIX DAYS. You can tell it's family run. Just awesome, salt of the earth, quality, non-scammers.

After looking at our furnace and A/C, he told us both units were 18 yrs old -we've been in the house for 6 yrs, so fixing it was not cost effective and our unit was 80% efficiency. After we agreed on the appropriate size and high efficiency-we scheduled for next day install. They also said that a technician will be coming by later that day to install a portable A/C , at no cost to cool our bedroom for the evening as well as the next day during the install, which was an 8 hour job. Excellent service, professional from start to finish and followed up with us as promised. What also was a pleasant surprise is that they at no time try to sell us stuff we did not need. When finished, they walked me thru everything that was done, answered any questions I had and included a 1 year free check up/cleaning. Could not be more pleased.
