The gentleman I spoke with was very clear that, because it was a last-minute order, they could only offer a "florist's choice" arrangement--which I was totally fine with. I emphasized that I'd be coordinating my visit with the delivery, and he assured me they'd notify me once the flowers were delivered. On Mother's Day, I showed up--and no flowers. I stayed with my mom for about 3-4 hours, and nothing ever arrived. I was never charged for the order (which was for a $250 florist's choice), but I also never received a call, explanation, or any kind of follow-up. Life got busy, and I didn't reach out afterward to ask what happened. Maybe they were overwhelmed or lost the order, but for a small business, it's surprising to see a $250 order just vanish without any communication. My mom thankfully didn't notice, but it was the first time in years there weren't flowers for her on Mother's Day. Unfortunately, I won't be using this florist again.

I wasn't sure what I was getting. The person at the front desk let me know there were some pre-made arrangements or they could make one for me ! I opted for the personalized bouquet. I chose sunflowers and variations on blush and pink colors. The price was reasonable and she let me know the arrangement would be ready in 30 minutes. I ran a couple errands and stopped by to pick them up after. They were absolutely beautiful! The overall process was easy, questions were answered and my flowers were ready relatively fast! I like that they offer three price tiers with slight variations on each design. For a birthday, I went with the top tier, which came to $167 with delivery. It was pricey, but I felt like it was easily worth it. The colors popped. It was a dense and varied arrangement. And it comes with a very sturdy and heavy vase that will easily get re-use. Bonus points for pain-free delivery. I ordered on their website the night before, and around 11:00 the next morning, they arrived at my door almost an hour ahead of schedule. The owner spent almost an hour with me a week prior to pickup to talk about the arragnement including what color flowers, price and size of the arrangement. He wrote in a spiral notebook and added me to the computer system. As requested, I called and left a detailed message but never heard back. I even received a text message saying that they would call me back - the owner claimed it was an AI error. When I went to pick up the arrangement - there was no arragement - and the owner acted like he had never seen me before. In my grief, I lashed out and eventually apologized. What is mind blowing is that the owner could not admit his mistake. Clearly he had messed up and the appropriate thing to do would have apologized. Instead he said the customer is NEVER right and threw us out of the store.
