The delivery guy called me in advance to make sure he could get into my community (good idea - his name had to be called in to the gate). When he arrived he was dressed festively in a sequin shirt and also wearing a big smile. And my goodness, the flower arrangement was breathtaking!!! It is of substantial size and I'd say the majority of the elements will last a long time and will definitely last beyond Christmas. The artistry of the arrangement is 5 stars! Simply gorgeous and luxe looking. I had to read some of the other reviews and now understand they also sell gifts. I'll be checking them out in person now.

With it being Easter weekend and limited inventory, I didn't even know if pulling off my vision was still possible. I'm someone with a very specific vision, and I expect it to be executed exactly as intended--anything less simply doesn't work for me. So when Palm Springs Florist said they could do it, I was cautiously hopeful. They didn't just meet expectations--they exceeded them. They created a stunning $500 bouquet that was over 26 inches wide and nearly 2.5 feet tall--in under three hours. Not only that, they accommodated revisions, communicated quickly while I was literally driving from LA to Palm Springs, and made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. When we arrived at our hotel and the flowers were already inside, my partner was absolutely blown away--completely speechless. That moment alone made everything worth it.
