She landscaped both my front yard and my back hillside and did a beautiful job on both. She built stone urns around my trees, making them look stately and elegant. She correctly and beautifully installed two completely different patios, with fragrant hedges for privacy. She correctly installed the irrigation and solved some problems I had with drainage. She landscaped the front yard with roses, jasmine, agapanthus, lantana, an apple tree, and daffodils. The back hillside has oleanders, bouganvilla, geraniums, salvia, irises, wildflowers, camellias, and a properly trained grapevine, which produces grapes. All of my fruit trees are flowering. She coaxed food from very old fruit trees. She has an eye for color, and carefully considers all the seasonal changes in her ideas. She just installed a small eco-safe vegetable garden and I eat fresh food from it. Everywhere I look there is color and fragrance and shape and food. I am in heaven now when I am home, all because of Sassafras Nursery in Topanga and the owner, Pami Ozaki. Along the way she became a force for good in my life. I never looked back.
