DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. An out of state relative ordered flowers through a service that was sent to this shop. They're no where near our location so thought it was odd they would be in our service area. The arrangement was in a vase roses, carnations, and daisies. The arrangement looked full when it arrived but on further examination, the stems weren't even long enough to reach the top 1/4 of the vase. They dried out in a day. A knowledgeable florist would know those length of flowers and greens can't be used in a vase arrangements. Either they don't know what they're doing or don't care. read more

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST floral shop I have ever had an encounter with. I placed a Mother's Day order of Calla Lillies through Teleflora two weeks prior to Mother's Day. My order was scheduled to be delivered the day after Mother's Day. It never arrived. I contacted Teleflora regarding the non-delivery. The shop promised it would be delivered the next day. Day two rolls around.... No delivery. I call Teleflora once again and they cannot get in touch with the florist, so Teleflora files Complaint #1. Day three of no delivery... Teleflora contacts the florist again. This florist states it's out for delivery and will be there by 7pm. 9pm comes, still no calla lilies. DAY. FOUR. My mom finally gets a floral arrangement full of CARNATIONS! I call Teleflora ONCE AGAIN. They issue me a full refund and file Complaint #2. But wait.... That's not all.... The florist then proceeds to CALL MY MOTHER to explain how it's not acceptable to get a complaint filed against her. After hearing about this conversation from my mom, I called the florist myself to explain how they missed the mark on literally every business checkpoint to ensure you have a happy customer. The florist then LIES to me (after previously stating she spoke to my mom) that she has no clue who called my mom but that I can't hold everything that happened against her because she was swamped with business. When I told her at that point she needed to send it back to Teleflora to have another florist cover it or to let me (HER CUSTOMER) know so we could hopefully get this resolved, she chose to less than HALF A** the job and deliver it four days late with the cheapest flower you can buy but have the audacity to contact my recipient to explain there's no reason for her to be upset....... DO NOT EVER USE THIS FLORIST AND PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE BY TELLING TELEFLORA TO NOT SEND YOUR ORDER TO THEM. THEY ARE COMPLETE TRASH. read more

I placed my order thru Teleflora's website for Mother's Day and the flowers were never delivered (and no attempt at re-delivery). Since I ordered through Teleflora I had to go through their customer service which is HORRIBLE. It's quite the scam they have going on there...Flowerama doesn't deliver the flowers and then Teleflora's customer service is so horrendous they make it almost impossible to receive a refund. If you aren't completely hell bent on getting a full refund, they won't give it to you and if you don't have a good 2 hours to deal with the run-around they give you, you won't receive a refund either. read more

Today, Jan'2, 2020, I stopped in the store needing an arrangement of a dozen roses. The arrangement was $64.95. The problem is that the roses were not in perfect shape and agree to by a good sales person named Genesis. Genesis tried to help but the owner refused to adjust the price for a tax exempt non-profit, and the fact that the flowers were B+ at best, and I told them to keep the vase, I would use one of the ones I had bought there previously. The AARP didn't help even though displayed on the window. No wonder the star ratings are like 1.2 out of 5. Owner needs to change or move on. Read the other comments. I don't recommend buying here. I wish I couldn't even give them a star. Here are my list of things that happened: 1. Boyfriend ordered the day before, paid extra to have it delivered on Valentine's Day, and it did not arrive. 2. Finally came on Friday (TWO DAYS LATER). How did I know about this? Because a guy called me saying flowers were AT HIS DOORSTEP. 3. Therefore, they delivered to wrong address. 4. They also dropped off the flowers on the doorstep. 5. I didn't get my Valentine's Day flowers until today, just about a week later. Insane. Never order from these people. I ordered flowers online from the website www.fromyouflowers.com. They pick the flower shop and I wasn't able to choose. They picked this place. I ordered $300 in flowers for a memorial service. They were meant to be the main centerpiece to wrap around the urn and a large standing spray to go next to it. I ordered 3 days in advance. When I arrived at my mother's funeral service, the flowers weren't there. Instead of greeting guests and preparing, I was stuck hassling with customer service. They told me they couldn't locate the flowers but would give me a 20% discount?!?! I told them that was UNACCEPTABLE. The flowers were NOT there and we had already delayed the service by 15 minutes to try to figure out what happened. They finally agreed to a full refund. THREE hours after the service was over, we got a call from the funeral home letting us know the flowers had just been delivered. They told us they questioned them and the person said "sorry, I just deliver. I don't know." The card that came with the flowers even had the time of the service written on it. The funeral home was just as astounded as we were. The flowers were pretty and very good quality, but that doesn't matter when they're delivered 3 hours after the service. Not to mention, the standing spray didnt even come with a stand. Another family member who lives in Idaho ordered from Trochta's Flowers and their flowers arrived on time. It's a good thing Bc they were the only flowers we had at my mother's service. So disappointed. Beyond words. I'm really not trying to drag this place. Like I said, the flowers are beautiful, but I dont want this to happen to anyone else. It really disappointed us and put extra strain & anxiety on an already sad day. I stopped and bought balloons for my granddaughter 's birthday at about 3 pm on a Saturday. I should have asked the price first. I was charged $26 for 6 smallish, normal balloons that were filled with helium. On Sunday morning when my granddaughter arrived for our family party, the balloons were all totally flat. My boyfriend has placed 3 orders that were filled by this shop and the experience has not been up to par. Twice, I had to change the water in the flowers as soon as I got them because it was semi-cloudy and on the most recent order; a teddy bear was attached that looked like it was slightly defective. I attempted to make contact at the local phone number listed on the card to express my concern, but was never able to get an answer. My mother ordered ballons to be delivered on my daughter's birthday on the 9th, Flowerama delivered them 2 weeks early and was the wrong ones ordered. They called me shortly after delivery to ask if was ok that mistake was made. Said well no but not really up to me, you shouldn't be calling me you should be calling the person who ordered them. They didn't and my mother had to call them, which they then offered to come back and pick up and redeliver in 2 weeks. Birthday surprise was already ruined. I wish I could give less than 1 star. My spouse had these delivered to me and they arrived looking like they had been sitting for a week already. The water is filthy and dirty. The lilies look like they have been squished... They have crushed lines all through them. There is one lily that was snapped off and just SITTING ON TOP OF THE OTHER FLOWERS. This is entirely unacceptable. What was supposed to be a beautiful gesture of love is just a hot mess sitting on my work desk. Worst shop in town! Ordered flowers for Anniversary the day before to be delivered to my girlfriend the next day. Later that day found out girlfriend took the day of . Called Flowerama next morning when they first open to see if I could pick up. They said already loaded on truck. I was ok with that and understood. Waited until 630 still no flowers. called Flowerama back again now I'm being told they never made the flowers and they could make and deliver tomorrow the day after my Anniversary Told them not acceptable and I would come by and pick up NOW. My friend out of state wanted to send my family flowers after our baby's passing. The arrangement was not the one she ordered, so she called and they said they would send me the correct arrangement but they wanted the other one back when they delivered the next day. So, the next day I left my house late that afternoon only to find out that Flowerama's delivery driver called my friend and GRIPED at her because I wasn't home "to do the exchange?!". First of all...what business gripes at their customers?! And who ever heard of a flower exchange? It was the next day!!(Undoubtedly to deliver wilted flowers to another customer! ) No one ever told me what time the flowers were going to be delivered in the first place. No one called to check first. How dare they get angry when I left my home. So instead of it being a thoughtful gesture to help our day of mourning our daughter, instead it was spent with phone calls back and forth because of an unprofessional store who made the mistake in the first place! They also put a card on my door with the time the arrangement was delivered which was impossible. We were home at that time and the call to my friend from the angry driver was at least 3 hours past this time. The note also said for me to come to the store to pick up the flowers.
