I ordered this arrangement very last minute for my mom's birthday, and they were able to deliver it timely and perfectly! My mom wasn't home, so James who was delivering the arrangement called my mom, left her a nice message, and carefully placed the it in front of the door step so she could come home to a surprise. My mom loves dogs so it was the perfect bouquet. The flowers were fresh, vibrant and smelled fantastic. And best of all, it didn't come in a box, they hand deliver! When I have had a need for perfectly arranged, very fresh flowers -- over the years, I have immediately phoned Flowers By Tiffany! Today, I found myself between the proverbial rock-and-hard place, it was my wife's birthday and I had absolutely nothing in hand that I could give to her as an expression of my love. So disappointed! I ordered flowers for a friend and the driver knocked on the door and no one answered so they just left the flowers on the front porch in this sweltering Houston Heat! The flowers began to wilt after being on the porch for 2 hours. They didn't call until after they left them on the porch and it was a Hispanic voice but no name. This was not what you want when you pay $75+ dollars for flowers and then they wilt. Not happy! I ordered them the day before and it Is a prime example of no work ethic, no morals and profit over product and customer service. Another bad mark was the person who wrote on the card wrote so big and sloppy, it was hard for them to read. Final mark...I asked for a medium size and she received a small a best!!!!!!! I have not called the flower shop as I felt they should have done what was right in the first place. I don't want more flowers delivered as it defeats the purpose of sending the first time. I have pictures of the flowers and the lame voicemail saying she left the flowers on the porch. I was so very disappointed when I received a few arrangements that had come from Flowers by Tiffany for my mother's funeral. The details in the arrangements were ones that someone without much knowledge of floral arrangements probably wouldn't notice because from a distance they looked fine, but one of our family members who was a florist for many years pointed out how the flowers had not been cleaned or cut down properly and she just couldn't believe the lack of quality of the flowers in the arrangements and made a point that quality florists would never allow their flowers to be sent to a customer in that condition. When I, too, noticed this I was astounded. The flowers lasted maybe two to three days after the funeral, and this was after we attempted to salvage them to prolong their life in vases. We realized we had clearly received old flowers that weekend. When a customer is grieving the loss of a loved one they deserve the very best, to honor the person who passed away..with dignity and respect. I was so upset to know that Flowers By Tiffany had not put much care and effort into the arrangements and it broke my heart because my mother deserved better at her funeral. I will not be using Flowers by Tiffany again and I would recommend using another company who cares about the products they represent but most importantly, their customers. read more
