Came home and found the front planting beds covered with water. I was hoping that my wife just over watered the front plants. Not so lucky! I went down in my basement and shut off the incoming water valve (next to the incoming water line that services my home), and still heard running water on the other side of the cement wall. Not good, at this point knew I had a broken service line. Went up to the street and turned off the water at the county water meter. I started to dig up my planting beds to find the leak. I decided (at my age), that I'd rather just pay a plumber to fix the problem. I called TKO Plumbing and got an appointment later in the afternoon. John and his partner (sorry, don't remember your name) called exactly 30-minutes before they arrived. Told John what I found and they started to finish the excavation of about another foot of dirt. They found the leak at a broken elbow just outside the exterior wall. They fixed in no time, but had to wait an hour for the glue to dry before re-applying the water pressure at the water meter. Works fine, and will hopefully last a long time. Real happy with the company's quick response and the work the guys did. Will continue to use TKO Plumbing for all my future Plumbing needs.

Brian came out quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue: a pin-sized hole in one of the PVC pipes underground in our front yard that feeds the house. We had noticed water running down the driveway and weren't sure if it was just runoff from recent rain or a broken pipe, especially since temperatures had been below freezing. Brian confirmed it was a leak by shutting off the water to the house and checking the meter--we were still using water. From there, Brian walked me through multiple options, ranging from a full pipe replacement to a targeted repair.
