Once inside it is nicer than expected. I was greeted right away by the front desk gal who very welcoming. I explained to her my needs and what I wasn't sure I needed haha. The prices at this place are much more competitive than the other spots I visited prior to Elite tan. I actually left a tanning spot that day due to its overpriced packages. I decided on a 5 sessions "Gold package" + a bronzer that was recommended by the front desk gal at a 2 for $12 deal + a little pickup me beverage total $80.00. Not too shabby!! I entered the tanning bed it was clean for sure a bit outdated, but clean. They also offered in the room a clean hand towel, sanitized goggles and a pre packaged sweet treat. The bulbs felt like they were just changed and 9 minutes in the stand up bed did it for me. I am used to tanning my skin does very well and tans easily. Unfortunately, there was no music that I could figure out how to use so I turned up my pandora and listened to my music that way. Overall I recommend this place Cleanliness - 5 Friendliness- 5 Knowledge of products- 5 Price - 5 I am glad I chose this place over an overpriced spot.
