I've been here a few times, and I wouldn't say it's 5 star service, but nothing like what I experienced today. I feel awful for the poor woman who was being attacked by the staff. I can't image how she must feel or how I would feel if it had happened to me. I won't be returning, and I won't be risking being verbally abused during a self care day. I really hope no one else experiences what I witnessed at this salon today. I'm horrified and still shaken.

Secondly, we were met with lackluster greetings. The lady who washed my daughter's hair got water all over my daughter's sweatshirt. My daughter's back was soaking wet after the hair wash. Once she sat on the chair, the lady who was doing my daughter's hair tried to blow dry with a wet brush. At that point, my daughter asked her if she had a round brush yo blow dry her hair for which the lady replied No till another hair dresser overheard the conversation to bring a round brush to us. My daughter did not feel comfortable with the gaur dresser who was working on her. So, my daughter said that she would not pay for the service if it continued to be subpar. As soon as the hairdresser who brought the round brush heard that, she told my daughter that they would not offer any service to us and asked us to walk out the door with my daughter having wet hair. Poor ambience, poor customer service, and poor empathy make this place a bummer. Will never step into this hair studio ever again.
