You can see or ask how much you've earned and they pay you period and if you want your stuff back they give it back. The person I spoke with said a lawyer wrote their contract so obviously it's set up legally in a way that makes it difficult for sellers so once they have your belongings it's almost easier to just abandon them there unless you're extremely local with a bunch of free time and no privacy concerns, extremely predatory and I'm going to look into my rights . That's exactly why I asked the question instead of immediately buying it elsewhere. To his credit, he did apologize before we left, and I appreciate that. However, the initial response left a bad impression. Customer service matters just as much as pricing, and respectfully answering a simple question goes a long way.
