Alex explained the options to fix our 28-year old unit, including replacing it. The owner Brian called shortly after to help us choose the new unit that made sense for us. He was objective, through, and patient while explaining operations, pros, and cons of each unit. The focus was getting our family taken care of, not a sale. Thankfully, the technician scheduled to come out got sick so they missed the appointment (and did a good job notifying me) which gave me the opportunity to call another service. Their competitor (Jaycox) was clear and to the point--allowed me to ask questions, and immediately quoted a fraction of the price to service my HVAC's--much to my wallet's delight. And I just really didn't want to talk to that salesperson anymore. So, while Sorensen is probably a good company, unfortunately my experience with them was rather off-putting.

Tried breakers, etc. Called and they had a guy out to my place within 45 minutes on a Sunday. Now that is fast! Travis did an excellent job. Turns out a wire had fried. Got me back up and running. When confronted, the woman on the phone had the audacity to flat-out lie, insisting "I already called you and explained the fee." Worse, they totally misdiagnosed my AC problem--recommended an expensive, unnecessary repair that multiple other shops later confirmed was completely wrong. Their quoted prices? Absurdly inflated--often 2-3x higher than legitimate competitors for the same (or actually correct) work. This place is predatory, unprofessional, and dishonest from start to finish. They target people in a bind who need quick AC fixes and don't know to shop around. Bottom line: DO NOT GO HERE. Get quotes from at least 3-4 other shops first.
