Great place to get your laundry done! I've been going here ever since I've moved and I've never ran into any issues. They have a variety of machines that all take quarters with only 3-4 washers that take card. I would love to see this place update their machines to allow more to accept cars because I'm not sure of how many people are always carrying quarters or cash. I've only used the card washing machines and they go for $5.25 which isn't bad at all! All the dryers cost a quarter so it really isn't much to get your laundry done. What I've noticed in all my visits here is that they have a drop off service where the employees will do your laundry for you and you can pick it up after a few hours! They fold everything too which is nice! I haven't used this service but I've seen several people take advantage of it. Additionally, there's a dry cleaner connected in case you need that done. What also hurts this laundromat (and why I give it 3 stars) are the hours. Back in my hometown, all the laundromats around me were 24 hours. This one is 7am - 9pm every day with the last wash being at 7:30pm. It was an awful feeling walking in the first time at 8pm and hearing "come back in the morning" but, rules are rules. Otherwise, it's a solid spot and the employees are friendly. I had a conversation with one of them a few months ago about the book I was reading. This place is nasty and dirty. The sign says they close at 9 p.m., but my husband got there at 8:10 to pick up our bed sheets and our daughter's uniform, and they were already closed. There were about 10 people waiting outside trying to get their clothes, too. People even had to call the police to try to get in touch with the owner so we could get our belongings back. first time going here & never going back I put my clothes to wash and went back to put them to dry and the place was closed at 810 when the sign outside says open till 9 there was like 6 people outside waiting for there clothes too some even called the police read more

Worst place. Dropped my clothes off at 10am said they would be ready at 5. They never even started my clothes when I came to pick them up. Wasted my time. Please go elsewhere. You have been warned. They deserve no stars. read more

Now you know where I wash my dirty laundry and I'm never disappointed! At my previous choice of wash, dry and fold, they paid the workers an hourly wage plus a commission so they ended up having to inch their prices up. But, at Fluff n Fold, Beverly, they pay them by the hour. Sucks for them, I guess, but it means laundry prices stay reasonable. And, I don't know much about the machines, because I never do my laundry myself. As of this review, it has a friendly, local-yokel, hey what's up feel to it because right now there's a mother/daughter/son team that works there on a regular basis. They're all super friendly and will even give you some convo if you're up for it. Most importantly, they've always done a great job on my laundry. So far, everything's come back perfect, fresh, clean, on hangars when needed and no shrinkages, no color runs, no missing socks, no missing laundry! No hassles.. Just a perfectly washed batch of laundry every time. Sometimes, if you're early enough, they can do it that day. Most times, they can do your laundry in 24 hrs. But, sometimes, like the day after a holiday, especially a holiday weekend, you'll want to get in nice and early if you need it, otherwise, you could be looking at a 3-4 day wait. I've seen it... after holidays, they get SWAMPED. I forget what the current price-per-pound is but I know it's reasonable because I've never done a double-take when it came time to pay. And, they also have an upgrade service for a little extra money that includes some things like starch and other froofy stuff that guys like me couldn't care less about. ;) If you're in the Beverly area and you need your laundry done by competent, friendly, expedient and gracious people, give Fluff and Fold a try and tell Heather that Eric sent ya... you'll get an extra big smile and maybe some free starch. ;) read more

Dryer broke. Needed an obscene amout of laundry done. It was all done well within 24 hours and done very well.

WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS! Absolute worst customer service ever. I walked in the door and it seemed a little stuck. I'm greeted by the girl working there screaming at me telling me that I wasn't supposed to use that door. This is the door Ive been using for the 12 years I've lived in Beverly and used the place. This is the door I walked thru on Friday when I dropped off a comforter to be washed. She continues yelling at me while I sit there stunned. The 2nd thing out of her mouth is that she wants my name and number so they can charge me for the door. Excuse me? I was stunned. I assumed she was going to apologize for having a padlock she clearly didn't put on correctly almost drop onto my face. This is the entrance and there's no sign saying to use any other entrance. I told her there was NO WAY I was paying for any door. She then proceeds to whine to me about the bad day she is having and yells at me about someone harassing her which is why she had locked the door. She's got something going on in her personal life so she thinks its a good idea to just barricade the door (her words not mine) during business hours. I hand her my ticket and ask her to just please get my comforter so I can get out of there and she looks at me and asks me where my comforter is that I'd had laundered - as if I'm supposed to know. Then I take the ticket back and say I'll just look on the shelves she screams at me that I'm not supposed to be near the shelves. So you can't figure out where the blanket is but you won't let me find it??? Then when I say I'd like HER name so I can discuss it with the owner she refuses to tell me her name. Unreal. How this girl still has a job is beyond me. But I've been going there 12 years and I will never step foot in the place again. read more
