The communication from the staff was not too much but enough to help me every step of the way from the booking process, explaining everything to expect in the appointment, to the professional and super friendly behavior, the exceptional service, and most important the way they listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable enough to leave my baby in their care. My dog was previously mistreated at a prior, corporate groomer and I was concerned. I explained this to Kaylee and she had the kindest expressions and calmly assured me of their process. Plus the past two to three groomings from that groomer left things undone - including cleaning his beard. When I dropped him off, Kaylee got on his level and covered him with care and he didn't throw too much of a fit. When I picked him up, I was astounded. He was the cleanest I had ever seen, he was happy, and adorable. Kaylee took pics of him I front of a backdrop that was adorable. They don't put the dogs in crates and they are great about giving you a notice to pick up. I just can't give enough compliments or recommendations for this place. I am so grateful I found this groomer and wish I had found them earlier. Jasper was in great spirits afterward and very playful. He had a great time and made a new friend. Best grooming by service by far! Oh and my favorite? Kaylee did a blow out on his tail. It is so freaking cute. I absolutely love her! The orange background photos were provided by the groomer.

I make the hike from Saratoga, as Britney does an absolutely fabulous job! My dog struggles with dog-reactivity and general anxiety. Britney does an amazing job at making him comfortable while he is there. Not only is he happy, but I have never seen him so clean! Very affordable, and worth every penny (plus some!) I am officially a repeat customer, and will be telling everyone I know what an amazing place this is.

The first time we made an appointment in this Office we explained to the staff exactly how our dog was walking, and unable to jump up on the couch like he used to - he could no longer go up & down stairs, and there were days where he couldn't hardly walk. When we got to the Office, we were brought right in - we saw the doctor and the tech and they were very knowledgeable regarding his condition and gave us many options. We opted for an injection that he gets once a month, asprin & a pain medication - so far our 11 year old fur baby is doing much better, walking (short distances), he still can't jump up on the couch - but at least he's not in so much pain.

I reported to the staff that the dog was seriously submissive and that I was concerned he might think he was being abandoned. I expressed trepidation about leaving having witnessed the dog shake violently with a simple hair brushing session in the first week. Heather and her staff spoke softly and took time to let my dog feel safe in the new setting. They asked lots of questions and planned for a slow and gentle two hour experience to allow my dog to take breaks. To my surprise he quickly became acclimated which I am convinced was due to the generous spirits of the staff. I was able to leave feeling confident that my dog was in compassionate and competent hands. 90 minutes later I got the call to return for my pooch. He was handsome and happy! The staff reported he had a positive experience which was very apparent in his demeanor. Thrilled! The price was on the high side but I don't care. The establishment is immaculate, the setting warm and the staff highly skilled. These folks love what they do and it's represented in a variety of ways from the moment you walk through the door. It's a bit of a trek to get to this business and it doesn't look like anything special from the outside and that's okay too. They treated both me and my dog with heart and skill. That means everything.

I took my maltese here for boarding and grooming for almost 16 years (my dog just passed). In this time the cost for a grooming only went up three dollars and some change! I was always happy with his cut and reasonable time it took for him to be groomed. Amy used to groom him, she was the best. My dog always came out with a big smile on his face. The staff are ALL beyond kind and considerate towards my dog and I. I boarded him at least once or twice a year (for 10 days) in the suites with the webcams. You must book early for these on holidays. I loved checking in on him and watching him play in the doggie day care (while I missed him on vacation). The staff are attentive to any medications and/or dietary needs, and will call you if there are any major problems while boarded. This business is so great that there is a strong following of people who keep it really busy, so plan ahead for a grooming and boarding. It will be worth it. I totally recommend Pet Spas and Suites. They are so personable and caring. This isn't run like a corporate pet store where you never see the same people again the next time you come in, the crates are half the size at the corporate chain pet store. I went once and they were rude. I had a friend whom the corp. chain didn't take notes on her dog who had a hip problem (nor did they listen to the owners) and the dog ended up getting hurt- requiring surgery- costing thousands of dollars and pain and suffering to her dog. That would never happen at Pet Spa. It will be sometime before I get another pup but I know where I'll be taking him/her when I do. I will miss the Pet Spa & Suites family until then. Thank you for all the love you gave my dog Caesar and the beautiful things you did to honor his life after he passed. They meant the world to me.

This company has horrible communication, i schedule an appointment months in advance only for them…read moreto cancel in 24 business hours and they do it on a weekend because apparently that is the only time that they can contact their clients because they're just so busy. Then they try and put you back another month. They refuse to speak with anybody over the phone, instead they text, and they only will contact you of course via text over the weekend. Apparently they are just "too busy" to let their clients know they need to cancel short notice. Which is funny because I received a text confirming and then verifying my appointment just two days before. I repeatedly asked to be put on a cancellation list and received zero response back to that request. I took off half a day of work to be here for my dog to get groomed, so now because they apparently only text their clients on the weekend I'm out of pay because my company doesn't cancelled already scheduled PTO less than 24 hours in advance. So if you love EXTREMELY last minute 11th hour cancellations and a whole month to wait for your pup to get groomed and another day off later from work, and cherry on top horrible customer service, this place is for you!
