I had to replace it in 2017. Just recently, my replacement was malfunctioning. I submitted a form for warranty service (along with a photo) and within two days I received an email acknowledging my submission and a replacement is on the way. I highly recommend and commend House of Rohl because from my experience this company stands by its products and promotes genuine 'old fashioned' customer service.
