Within minutes, I realized I had found something special. The store was spotless, organized, and full of quality appliances, but what truly made my visit unforgettable was Christina. From the very first moment, she welcomed me with a smile and treated me with so much kindness and respect that I honestly felt like I was visiting family instead of shopping in a store. After researching and learning much about how the industry has changed, not in a good way, I searched Yelp for the best place to buy a kitchen appliance. Yelp came to the rescue. Restaurant reviews can be to some degree subjective but a service is not. Johnnies was highly rated, as it should be. Sophia was a wonderful salesperson and found a refrigerator that met our needs and price range perfectly. Really wonderful communication. When delivery and installation was made, David absolutely provided the most efficient and pleasant experience. They spoke of an upcoming move to a new location nearby so the address given here may no longer be correct.

The range had some special considerations involving gas and electrical supply locations. Max suggested their pre-installation inspection service. That service was well worth the money. I met with the concierge, Michael, and the installers, Dan and Jeremy. The inspection and later installation was conducted by the same team.
