I really liked coming to this place, they eyelashes came out beautiful and they looked natural. I had them done for a vacation i did with my family, my only cons on this were 1.) The lashes i had an were kind of stiff, BUT in all fairness I didnt opt to get the top of the line ones, and 2.) They were a tad expensive, almost $200 for the set, now I know this is a luxury item but still, $200 smackeroos is a little bit of alot. Either way they did look beautify, the staff was very friendly and took the time to explain things to me, if I had a blanket i would have passed out it was so comfy on the table, but yet be ready for about an hour to an hour and a half, it is great work :) read more

Today was my first appointment for a full natural set, never had lash extensions before. My lash artist was Mikayla and she was beyond amazing at explaining the whole process, making sure I was comfortable during the appointment, and making sure my lashes looked fabulous in the end. I went to Flutter and Wink because I had been to another salon that had messed up my lashes! Pretty much ruined them. Shay (who is amazing) was honest with me and said I need to take them off for 6 weeks and start over which was very hard to hear. I did buy the serum she suggested and within 5 weeks I returned to healthy lashes and she started over fresh and I have never been more happy with my lashes!!!! Hello. I got my lashes done tonight by I think her name was Lynn. Or Lisa. Anyway she did a fantastic job. I've been to other salons and she did everything possible to make me feel at ease and comfortable. She didn't rush.She never once hurt me during application. Which I've gotten them done at other salons and they weren't quite as gentle. She took her time and did a very good job. She was clean and informative. The end result was flawless. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it took a lengthy amount of time. Usually it takes roughly an hour and this took about 2.5 I don't want to dock her for that because I'm glad she took her time and went at the pace she needed to get the results she wanted. But for others that might be too lengthy for you to work into your schedule. Overall I was very pleased and I am happy with my lashes. read more

Absolutely perfect experience!!! I was super nervous to try lash extensions for the first time, especially as someone who both wears glasses and has incredibly sensitive eyes. I wish I'd done this sooner! The natural set is exactly what I was hoping for (looks like my normal lashes but waaay better!) and the ladies there were an absolute delight. I've been doing eyelash extensions elsewhere for the past six months but my usual spot always books out weeks in advance so I thought I'd try Flutter and Wink as a second option based on the phenomenal reviews. I was able to get in for a same day booking with an apprentice, which was great. The technician that did my lashes was wonderful and did an excellent job. It took a full two hours for a two week fill but hey, they looked fantastic. She far so good. However, in the days following my appointment my eyelids became extremely red, swollen, itchy and scaly. I called and spoke to the technician, who called the owner right away and called me right back. They suggested I try a medicated wipe available at the drug store but said they would remove the lashes that day if I wanted to. Perfect - I told them I would try the wipes, which helped immensely and after a few days my eyes were much better. However, I just called back to get more information about the glue that was used so I can be sure to avoid it in the future and the person I spoke to - Jessica, I believe her name is - was extremely rude. She told me the brand they use in general but said only the technician would know which glue she actually used that day. I asked if she could look it up in my file, which she did reluctantly but then said nothing was noted in my file and that I should just use their most sensitive glue going forward. I asked if I could leave a message for the technician to call me and was told she wouldn't be in until Thursday. In my book, if you have a customer who has had a bad experience but has been extremely gracious about it and is willing to try anything to keep coming back you should be as accommodating as possible in helping them figure out what caused the reaction so they can avoid that at all costs in the future. In my book I deserve to know what caused the reaction so I can make sure I'm not exposed to it again. I had fully planned on being a repeat customer here but will not be coming back after the experience I just had trying to find out what glue I reacted to. Really disappointing. UPDATE: the owner Lyndsay just called me and spent 20 minutes talking through what happened and explaining what likely caused the reaction and what I should avoid in the future. She was really wonderful and handled the whole situation with the utmost grace and professionalism. I will definitely be coming back to Flutter and Wink and working with their technicians who can apply the special glue they have for people with sensitivities to regular glue! read more

I have been coming here for my eyelash extensions for quite some time. I had booked an appointment to get my lashes done before my trip to Florida for my 30th birthday. My appointment was booked a month+ in advance. I got a call a week before my appointment and was told it needed to be rescheduled due to the lash artist needing to go to court. I moved my appointments around to be able to still come in before we left out of town. I just received a call that my appointment for TODAY needed to be moved to next week due to the artists child being sick. I understand things happen... I told the employee I was leaving out of town and this was the second cancellation and asked if there was any way she could get me in before I left Friday. There was no appointments available and nothing was done to even try and accommodate me. The lack of understanding is extremely frustrating and has pushed me away from ever coming back to this salon. Customer service goes a long way and even somewhat of an effort from this business to try and get me in when they cancelled my appointments twice would have made my review much different. read more

I have never done anything to my eyelashes. I saw that they offered a new service, lash lift and tint. Since it wasn't a big commitment I decided to try it. It is a perm to keep your eyelashes curled for about 10-12 weeks. I had Michele and she did a great job. I even got an electric blanket while I laid there! I'm not sure why but my lashes do look better and longer curled with or without makeup. I'm not sure if I will do the tint again. I really couldn't tell they looked any darker. But I will definitely be back for the lift. read more
