Once our server, Diamond, greeted us, we learned they were dealing with a few operational issues, including a limited food menu, a nonfunctioning call button, and unfortunately, no working AC in the theater. Despite the circumstances, Diamond was excellent. She was attentive, communicative, and kept us informed throughout the movie. Management also handled the situation well, coming into the theater to offer guests a full refund and a pass for another movie. We were also given the option to wait about 20 minutes and move to another auditorium showing the same film. I decided to stay and was still able to order a pepperoni pizza and some candy from the limited menu. The pizza was good, but that ranch deserves its own mention because it was surprisingly delicious. Technical issues happen, and I appreciated how both Diamond and management handled a less than ideal situation. iPic will definitely continue to be my theater of choice, and Diamond's service made a big difference in the overall experience.

Yikes! I've visited IPIC Atlanta many times in the past and after my recent experience I will not…read morebe back. For a theater to market itself as a premium experience, the service standards and condition of the theater fell short of expectations. To start, there was no air conditioning in the theater (specifically #6). It made it difficult to relax and enjoy the movie with no air. It would have been helpful to receive correspondence well before showtime about the condition of the theater, but we didn't find out until we arrived. After driving an hour and coordinating childcare, etc. this was a major inconvenience to our evening. The customer service was also seriously lacking. The call lights apparently didn't work so getting assistance was difficult. Also, there is a limited menu. A serious downgrade to what the menu used to be. Another major issue was being required to settle our tab before our food even arrived. That was extremely frustrating and made our entire experience feel rushed and poorly managed. Hopefully management is able to address these concerns and takes them seriously because this is not the level of service IPIC is known for. Otherwise, I don't see this location lasting long.

The spot is huge with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, so you aren't cramped while trying to catch a vibe. The 1000 Masks cocktail was smooth and balanced, avoiding the sugar-trap I expected from the blueberry syrup. We started with the Yuca Parmesan Truffle Fries--solid crunch and the truffle wasn't aggressive--and the Togarashi Tempura Veggies, which were light and crispy. I went with the 5Church Lamb Burger Sliders for the main; the gorgonzola fondue and red onion marmalade combo was a heavy hitter, though the lemon-dressed arugula kept it grounded. The food was a solid, reliable choice--nothing that'll change your life, but definitely tasty enough to keep you satisfied while the music does its thing. If you want a laid-back, intentional atmosphere without the extra noise, this is the move.

The chicken skewers took forever to come out. You only get two of them, and they are served over a bed of mixed greens. They lacked seasoning and flavor. The artichoke dip was extremely oily and had a very strange texture--it was thick and spreadable. The pita bread tasted old and stale. asked for a fork and the waitress forgot. When she brought my fries, she realized that she never brought the fork, and still didn't bring it. I ordered yucca fries, but she brought regular fries. The mocktails were served in these foggy old cups. Even the customer next to me commented on her own cup and said it looked like someone had drank from it. They add 20% gratuity to ALL bills--I was by myself and it was still added. 5 Church is pretty good, but this place was not at all. I paid 65 dollars for my meal, which was absolutely not worth it, given the quality and service of my experience. Looks good for IG but I won't be coming back to this rooftop.

I can't help but think the owners here just want suck money out of the LGBTQ community, not provide an actually decent experience. Let's start with the basics. When I was here around Halloween last year, I had to use the bathroom. That was a big mistake. There was a drag show that night... MSR's response? To close the women's restroom and make it a drag prep room and then force people of all identities to use ONE restroom with ONE stall and a urinal. There was easily over 100 people in the building. You mean to tell me a LESBIAN BAR is providing ONE TOILET TO A TON OF WOMEN? Be fr. I had to wait in line with the door to the bathroom open just to use a gross toilet while men are walking in and out freely to use the urinal. Why am I being subjected to that??? Another major gripe that I have with MSR- they (illegally?) deny free water here. Maybe that has changed, the last time I was here was over the summer. But out of the like 5-6 times I have been at MSR, they've denied me cups of water every single time and the bartender insisted I have to buy bottled water. Isn't it against state law to do that in Georgia? What a truly terrible way to treat your patrons. They don't care about you. At all lol. I'm sure if they didn't have to live up to health department guidelines that conditions would be even worse. My sisters room gets business and attention because it's the only lesbian bar in this area. If (hopefully WHEN) another lesbian bar shows up on the Atlanta scene, MSR better count it's days. It's really sad and frustrating to me because I want to come here and have a good time but I just can't. As a patron I've had a bad or neutral experience every single time I went. The only reason last time was neutral was because I held my pee the whole time. I shouldn't have to do that. Please do better. This bar has no right being recognized as one of the last standing lesbian bars. If you're an entrepreneur and you're reading this, please start another lesbian bar here.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon and were immediately greeted by a friendly host who seated us quickly. Each dish was flavorful, fresh, and expertly prepared. For our entrées, we tried the Cacio e Pepe, Chicken and Waffles, 5Church Lamb Burger, and Hanger Steak. Every single dish exceeded expectations. The flavors were on point, the portions were satisfying, and there honestly wasn't a single item we would hesitate to order again. Atlanta traffic can be challenging, so one of the biggest advantages of staying here is being able to leave the car parked and explore much of the surrounding area on foot. The hotel itself is a large property with more than 20 floors. The staff was welcoming, and I especially want to recognize the valet attendants, who were awesome throughout my stay. My room was spacious and comfortable. Some updates would help modernize the rooms, but overall, the accommodations were nice. My biggest disappointment was housekeeping. Rooms are serviced every other day, and I specifically asked if mine could be cleaned daily. The response I received was, "Well, do you need it cleaned every day?" That was surprising. If a guest specifically requests daily housekeeping, the appropriate response should be whether the request can be accommodated--not questioning why the guest wants it. That interaction did not reflect the customer-focused service I normally associate with Hilton. I also requested an upgrade, but my upgraded view was primarily of trees, so I wasn't quite sure what actually made the room an upgrade. The hotel has an on-site restaurant, although the menu is fairly limited, as well as a spa, which adds to the convenience of the property. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The Midtown location, spacious rooms, walkability, welcoming staff, and amenities make it a good Atlanta option. With some room updates and a more guest-focused approach to housekeeping requests, the experience could be even better.
