This is an upscale experience with reclining seats that includes 2 seats per pod. Super cozy for a date night. Complimentary blankets are included at every seat for your enjoyment, at no additional cost. Now let's get to the fun part! IPIC is not your typical movie theater as they have a full bar with cleverly crafted cocktails, my favorite had to be the Lavender Lemonade. It's cool and refreshing and so esthetically beautiful that you question if you should drink it or admire it. But wait there is more, on top of having a full service bar they also have a full menu! Yes you still have the typical popcorn and candy option but they also include such dishes as spicy tuna on crispy rice, charcuterie and cheese platter, lobster rolls just to name a few. Everything is savory and delicious! They do validate parking, allowing guests to park in the garage for a discounted rate. Validation usually brings the cost to approximately $3-$3.50 for 4.5 hours. The cost of tickets range from $14 - $28 per ticket. I have come many times and plan on coming back many times more. IPIC has officially become my favorite theater!

When we politely notified the food runner, he immediately caught an attitude and never came back to check on us or resolve the issue. The ambiance is only decent if you're comfortable sitting in chairs that squeak and make noise every single time you move throughout the movie. It became distracting pretty quickly. To make matters worse, they automatically add an 18% gratuity without clearly notifying you, and apparently it doesn't matter how terrible the service is because they will not remove the charge. Paying premium prices for bad food, poor service, and an uncomfortable theater experience is not something I'd recommend.

The website did not make that clear. Lucky enough, the young lady gave me a sticker, normally given to members for validation parking. She told me I was not the only one who had done the same. Besides that, such a wonderful experience! I love the crisp white and architectural look of there building. The courtyard had cute seating. The entry was very open and spacious. They do offer a coat check, had a cute little café style area off to the side, and there gift shop was everything! Get a taste of some nice art pieces in there lobby. Each staff member that I came in contact with, from the beginning to the end was so nice and helpful. And there's nothing greater than a clean restroom...WIN! I had the opportunity to catch the Viktor & Rolf exhibit. I'm a fashion lover girlie and this was, such a joy of a time for me! I did get turned around a little trying to locate the exhibit... but when I did, the elevator doors opened and boom... the art in fashion slapped me in my face(lol). They did a awesome job and recommend, if it returns or has a showing in another city go see it.

The spot is huge with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, so you aren't cramped while trying to catch a vibe. The 1000 Masks cocktail was smooth and balanced, avoiding the sugar-trap I expected from the blueberry syrup. We started with the Yuca Parmesan Truffle Fries--solid crunch and the truffle wasn't aggressive--and the Togarashi Tempura Veggies, which were light and crispy. I went with the 5Church Lamb Burger Sliders for the main; the gorgonzola fondue and red onion marmalade combo was a heavy hitter, though the lemon-dressed arugula kept it grounded. The food was a solid, reliable choice--nothing that'll change your life, but definitely tasty enough to keep you satisfied while the music does its thing. If you want a laid-back, intentional atmosphere without the extra noise, this is the move.

The chicken skewers took forever to come out. You only get two of them, and they are served over a bed of mixed greens. They lacked seasoning and flavor. The artichoke dip was extremely oily and had a very strange texture--it was thick and spreadable. The pita bread tasted old and stale. asked for a fork and the waitress forgot. When she brought my fries, she realized that she never brought the fork, and still didn't bring it. I ordered yucca fries, but she brought regular fries. The mocktails were served in these foggy old cups. Even the customer next to me commented on her own cup and said it looked like someone had drank from it. They add 20% gratuity to ALL bills--I was by myself and it was still added. 5 Church is pretty good, but this place was not at all. I paid 65 dollars for my meal, which was absolutely not worth it, given the quality and service of my experience. Looks good for IG but I won't be coming back to this rooftop.

You have to go up to the bar for all food and drink orders but the sales persons wee friendly and the drinks wee tasty and well balanced. It's dark inside but not too. I can't help but think the owners here just want suck money out of the LGBTQ community, not provide an actually decent experience. Let's start with the basics. When I was here around Halloween last year, I had to use the bathroom. That was a big mistake. There was a drag show that night... MSR's response? To close the women's restroom and make it a drag prep room and then force people of all identities to use ONE restroom with ONE stall and a urinal. There was easily over 100 people in the building. You mean to tell me a LESBIAN BAR is providing ONE TOILET TO A TON OF WOMEN? Be fr. I had to wait in line with the door to the bathroom open just to use a gross toilet while men are walking in and out freely to use the urinal. Why am I being subjected to that??? Another major gripe that I have with MSR- they (illegally?) deny free water here. Maybe that has changed, the last time I was here was over the summer. But out of the like 5-6 times I have been at MSR, they've denied me cups of water every single time and the bartender insisted I have to buy bottled water. Isn't it against state law to do that in Georgia? What a truly terrible way to treat your patrons. They don't care about you. At all lol. I'm sure if they didn't have to live up to health department guidelines that conditions would be even worse. My sisters room gets business and attention because it's the only lesbian bar in this area. If (hopefully WHEN) another lesbian bar shows up on the Atlanta scene, MSR better count it's days. It's really sad and frustrating to me because I want to come here and have a good time but I just can't. As a patron I've had a bad or neutral experience every single time I went. The only reason last time was neutral was because I held my pee the whole time. I shouldn't have to do that. Please do better. This bar has no right being recognized as one of the last standing lesbian bars. If you're an entrepreneur and you're reading this, please start another lesbian bar here.

There is a bar JoJos that lies right in between the hotel and PR. -Breakfast was good. I don't always enjoy hotel breakfast. But this was good and had a decent amount of options. I took showers throughout the day.. no time was a good time. -Toilet was very old and loud -Noisy!!! We could hear each elevator trip and the people who exited them. -Room smelled stale almost. Luckily I travel with spray. -No shower cap/ Makeup remover/Qtips -The bar located in the lobby was cute but the cocktails were not tasty. $25 and we weren't palatable. -Valet staff was great but it's $69 a day and takes quite a while.
