These guys were great I had a problem my phone was freaking out I don't know why because the screen wasn't shattered and I hadn't dropped it recently but clearly there was something wrong with it. They helped me diagnose it first with a software update and then with a hard reset. ultimately I decided to get a new screen and the tech was very patient with me- he actually swapped a couple screens in so we could run a diagnostic test and make sure it was the screen and not the phone. great job and great value highly recommend these guys for your phone woes! read more

I chose this outfit after getting prices from several competing repair businesses. Others were as much as $45 more, so I picked this one. Michael came out to my somewhat rural home and did an excellent job of replacing the broken glass of my iPhone 6. He even let me watch, so I could see what a challenging task it is to deal with all those itsy bitsy screws and stuff. He also gave it a good cleaning inside, and attached a tempered glass screen protector that seems way better than the thin plastic one that came loose long ago. read more

Brought in 2 phones, an iPhone 6 and and an iPhone 5c. The 6 was doa but the 5c only needed a new screen. They did not have any screens for it in stock so I left it till the following week, it was a Wednesday. They said it should b done Monday, mayb Tuesday, depending on when the screen comes in. So I wait, come back the following week and the screen is not in yet, so I give it another week... still no screen. Finally I got my phone back after 3 weeks and the screen didn't stay put, it was kind of floating and I could push it in, because they didnt have the right screws to put in it. On top of all that somebody changed my original review to a bullshit "good job, will use them again" 5 star. At first I was really pleased with the response time. I needed the screen fixed on my Nokia Lumia 1520 and they responded within five minutes of my email request. We got everything squared away and then suddenly all communication stopped. I emailed several times, requesting confirmation or an update. I went to their website and tried calling, I even tried sending another email request. No one has gotten back to me in over a week.
