The staff gave me some great recommendations and explained to me how their granola is made in-house. And let me tell you: that granola is made IN HOUSE. It's toasty, variety or nuts, and the perfect amount of crunch. I love that it's raw and natural. Doesn't taste too sweetened at all. Paired on top of the very very açai bowl is my absolute favorite. The society taste so fresh and it's not too sweet at all. You could really tell that they don't put any extra additives or anything. One thing I really appreciate about this establishment is the quality of the ingredients they buy. I am someone who lives with chronic gut/ inflammation issues so my diet is very limited. Every time I eat here, I feel fulfilled, but not heavy. And my body does not get inflamed whatsoever. I really appreciate the variety of this menu. I can see myself coming here every day. They have an all day breakfast menu with a morning special (enjoy half off any latte with the purchase of your favorite breakfast item before 11 AM Monday to Friday) They also I offer wraps, salads, bowls... each containing a variety of different flavors and even different proteins (huge plus). One thing really cool about this place is that they have cauliflower pizzas. Which is such a delicacy in my eyes because I can't enjoy most regular pizza joints. I definitely want to try the hot honey truffle with Barta mozzarella, hot honey, truffle, red pepper flakes, basil and white sauce. That sounds amazing!! Another great thing about this money your dad I really enjoy are the bowls & "go boxes". My favorite specifically is the poke tuna bowl and the Greek chicken go box. Their smoothie menu looks so much fun and I will be making it my mission to try everyone. Not only do they have fruit smoothies with supplements like spirulina or ashwagandha, they also have a caffeine menu with a variety of different caffeines, such as coffee or even ceremonial Matcha. The standard Matcha latte here is amazing and I love that it's made with ceremonial Matcha so it contains a different frequency. Next time I come here, I will definitely be trying the strawberry Matcha latte that also has coconut cream and coconut MCTS. The mango strawberry green tea also looks amazing. My friend got the post workout smoothie that has 30 g of protein, oat milk, cinnamon, oats, dates, banana and hemp protein and she says it taste like a healthy version of a Horchata drink Again, the staff here is amazing and I appreciate all of their help. The owner, Jesse was inside the facility and gave some great recommendations to the menu while also telling us a little bit more about his brand and mission for it. I really appreciate that Jesse care so much about the quality of the food. He really loves what he does and he will probably find him sitting in the corner working on his laptop. I was able to stop by and try this new spot near the midtown location. Upon meeting with the manager Elias, I was recommended the cauliflower pizza (hot honey selection) and the açaí lemonade. Man, I gotta say the burrata & honey dripping off that pizza was the bomb! The store is very quaint and clean right below a new strip of apartments in the area. I've been here a few times now and service and food quality has been very fresh and good. There is enough seating to go around and it is clean. I love their hot honey truffle cauliflower pizza! The cheese melts in your mouth and the hot honey add the perfect amount of kick (I would go back just for this). I've also gotten their smoothies after a workout and they have been filling. You can also add different things to customize it. I also tried their banana latte a try. You can definitely taste the banana, but it was more bitter than I expected for a latte. A banana flavored smoothie with cacao nibs and coffee. The flavor was so good and I was definitely awake after. To eat: The crewmember suggested the fuel bowl. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The sauce that it comes with is a thick aioli, but for a bowl, i would prefer something thinner more of a dressing consistency. This was thicker like mayo. The bowl also had quinoa, spinach, tomatoes etc. On a whole, i found it a little dry/bland. Maybe try mixing a dressing into the bowl instead? We found this eatery on the fly (no pun intended). Our son was extremely hungry and wanted a salad for 3 ingredients (lettuce, cheese and dressing) it was about $12. Most people would accommodate for a kid but not so much here. The roasted salmon wrap was really good and fresh, enough to share between two people. If I'm being honest, this place is crazy expensive. We could have probably had dinner somewhere for the two items and water we bought. If you can go more inland, that would be my suggestion. Miami has so many options, can't say I'd return but the wrap with a side of balsamic sauce was really good, for waits worth. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast at Flyfuel Food this morning! We were greeted by a friendly hello and smile as soon as we arrived and given plenty of time to check out the menu. Everything looked so delicious it was hard to decide what to eat. My boyfriend tried the Egg Mozz Avo Sandwich built on a scooped and toasted everything bagel. I loved that the bagel was soooo soft! We both enjoyed the boiled egg paired with the perfectly ripe avocado. The mozzarella and honey chipotle vinaigrette finished it off for a fantastic sandwich. I tried the GF Vegan Waffles with blueberries, strawberries, almond butter, and maple syrup. They were so yummy and I felt so guilt-free enjoying them! Like the avocado, the blueberries and strawberries were perfectly ripe. To drink we enjoyed a local brand of Pineapple Orange juice. It was certainly tart and tasty. We also tried to Mango Strawberry Green Tea - super refreshing and like everything else, extremely fresh. The space itself was bright and airy with nice splashes of color. There is comfortable seating with plugs below for remote work. There is street parking available nearby the storefront as well as a parking garage just a few yards away. Stopped by for a quick 20 minute lunch and found a parking space outside for a change. Service is excellent for staff is super friendly and helpful as well as welcoming. Went for the matcha lemonade with raspberry and really enjoyed the drink even though I usually stay away from anything matcha, just personal taste. It was refreshing and very tasty with matcha not overpowering the overall taste. Tried the poke tuna bowl and that was a little disappointing. The tuna didn't taste as fresh as I would've wanted it to and the rice was a little on the harder side, maybe overcooked. I've had a lot of poke in town that just taste a whole lot better and fresher but this one fell short. I'm rating it 3 stars for the service and drink but there's definitely room for improvement. In addition, the prices are steep since I paid $30 for a bowl and drink. Don't get me wrong, I know it's Midtown and all but for that money, food has to be almost impeccable. Perhaps I'd come back from Monday to Thursday for $16.95 lunch special that includes any wrap and drink on the menu. read more
